I ordered the P20 cordless vacuum on 19/07/26 and payment was taken in full same day,on 21/07/26 received email to say problems with shipping and to be patient with offer of 20%discount on next order.I have since tried to contact Snapbuy many times to cancel order and get full refund,but have been completely stonewalled!This is fraudulent company,BEWARE!!!!

I bought an electric razor from Snapbuy. It lasted three weeks before the top connector broke off! TERRIBLE product. I’ve been waiting 90 days for Nicole to send me a replacement! NO ACTION ! Don’t buy Snapbuy !

The website is very easy to navigate and find items. The price indicated is exactly the one billed at the checkout.

We ordered a highly rated P20 cordless vacuum cleaner from Snapbuy UK on the 22 June 2026 which was never received. The cost totalled £232.74. We chased several times then the company customer service reference Alicia responded on the 19 July 2026 offering a 20% discount for the inconvenience. We declined and asked for a full refund. No refund have been received.
They are a fraudulent company.

Promise delivery then unable to fulfil promise. This is a SCAM company. Shame as product seems good

Ordering this product and the 2 years extra warranty is a great price. I’m not sure if it became activated using the QR code on the quick set up guide. Hopefully will find out next week. The info says to do it within 7 days of receipt. Research claimed this is one of the best robot cleaners.

Attempted to cancel order after nearly 3 weeks of waiting for it to be shipped. I reached out to their Customer Service email and requested my order to be canceled effective immediately. Instead I received a response that stated they would attempt to contact the supplier to cancel my order and it should take 1 to 3 days. Well, Im day 2, I receive a email notification rhat a shipping has been created. When I reached back out their customer service, they stated the order has already shipped and that I can I longer cancel my order.l and that I should reject the shipment at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, who can sit around all day at their front door waiting for the delivery individual, considering none knock.

Never received the vacuum.

Very informative, ease of use, really looking forward to using the system. Ours is so antiquated. like the 2 year warranty and customer service availability. Glad I came across the information.

The website was easy to use. The hard part was choosing which bundle I wanted. Since this is a new brand for me I went basic. If this turns out as great as advertised, I'll be back.

I found what I wanted to purchase and completed the transaction within a few minutes. Very straightforward. First time user, will be back!

Buying the top rated upright vacuum for 2026 was easy to navigate on their website and free delivery which you can’t go wrong with great specifications and engineered for home use

Goods ordered failed to arrive, communication with and from the company was hopeless. At one point I was receiving emails in German but purporting to be from USA. Eventually I received a refund through paypal 6 weeks after placing an order. Do NOT use this company.

The ease of use and information was very helpful. I did not have a hard time finding more info on what I needed.
