I have been waiting for my order for…
I have been waiting for my order for over 1.5 months. I have contacted customer support multiple times, but they keep blaming the shipping company instead of resolving the issue. Nothing has been done, and I still haven't received my order.
I strongly advise against buying from this company. Based on my experience, you may never receive what you paid for, and getting your money back or any meaningful help from customer support is extremely difficult.

Your parcel was lost in transit by the courier. You should not have had to chase us about it, and it should not have taken this long to resolve. A full refund has already been issued and is back on your account.
We know that doesn't give you back the weeks you spent waiting. We've taken this case as a lesson on how we handle lost shipments, because our customers shouldn't be the ones pushing for an answer.
If anything is still outstanding, reply to your support ticket and it will be handled directly.
Our apologies again.
