Outstanding service from a small but very professional company
I was a bit nervous at the beginning when ordering from Smart Charged, as it is a relatively small company and I was not sure how smooth the process and support would be. I was actually very pleasantly surprised.
From start to finish, the experience was excellent:

• Very good listening and advice during the purchasing phase
• Clear and proactive follow up of the order and delivery
• Easy access to the support team, with real people responding
• Fast and helpful replies to all my questions
• When I encountered an issue with one of the batteries, a replacement was proposed immediately, without unnecessary discussion
• Delivery times were respected (3 deliveries planned), except on one occasion — and in that case I was informed several days in advance by a phone call to explain the delay
