Have used the Neurosym consistently for 2 weeks, still not seeing any difference in my matrix, I was hoping for improvements in my sleep and HRV before offering it within our clinic. Not yet convinced but will try for another couple of weeks.

Bliss in a box
I got my Neurosym, it was very well packaged and took it out and was eager to get started. The First time i used it was the most incredible feeling, I felt everything relax in my body even my toes and fingers. I use it every day in the morning for 20min and in the evening for 20min and I am so relaxed.

Fabulous product and customer service
I have been a neurosym concert for 15 months after miss research about the importance of the vagus nerve. It is hard to say how well it works as when you use it, it isn’t tremendously obvious that anything is happening, but I happened to forget to take it on holiday this winter Abbas was without it for 6 weeks. By the time I got home, I was suffering from intense POTS crashes and generally very unwell. I quickly returned to using it and over time, I have stabilised.
To my horror, it stopped working in May. I contacted neurosym and after trouble shooting the issue, they sent me a brand new neurosym, free of charge. Finally a health company who is not focused on profits only

Poor customer service, earpiece lead faulty within 6 months
For the expensive price of the product you shouldn't expect anything to become faulty within 6 months of use which happened with mine. They do have 6 month warranty but I have tried contacting customer services many times via chatbot and email but I have simply been ignored. The product is ok when it works but poor customer service. Refuse to pay for a new earpiece lead when I've paid so much for the product already and they promote a six month warranty

Disappointed with this product
Disappointed with this product. It may have been helping my symptoms, but I never got the chance to find out. I'm a small person, and the device simply doesn't fit securely on my tragus. As a result, I either couldn't feel the stimulation at all or the electrode would slip off, making it difficult to use consistently.

Poor design and customer support
Purchased one week ago. The earpiece design is not great. a very small clip that is not very suitable for all ear/tragus types. As advised by Nurosym i have used soapy water and conductivity gel to improve the effect. However, The clip is constantly slipping off and does not offer much stability if you move around with it on (the malleable wire that goes around the ear keeps it on the ear, but does not stop the clip itself from coming off) They need to work on the earpiece design so it is a truly universal fit before charging £600 for it.
Only option on the website to contact Support was to a Livechat bot... When asked for an human agent, it said "The team will get back to you on this. Our usual reply time is a few hours" - Who has a few hours to sit there and wait with a live chat window open?
As for the performance of the device I cannot comment weather good or bad, as I have been unable to get a good run at it with the earpiece working consistently.
The idea is good... but i think you've rushed the design.
