I've had an outstanding experience with…

I've had an outstanding experience with Nutrivita Shop from start to finish. The ordering process was smooth, communication was excellent, and shipping was surprisingly fast. Everything arrived well-packaged and exactly as described.

We have a problem with the order…

We have a problem with the order quality and have contacted you several times with no luck. I guess you don't stand behind your product, quality or regulatory compliance per your COA.
