Update 25-08: contacted by email. They simply say that they are not fake. Yet the products that I received had clearly been opened and the bottle cap of the Hermes was broken.
Were they genuine, they would have ordered to take the products back

Awful!!!! They sent me baby milk going out of date ! Cleaning their old stock for the sake of baby health! And refused to send me adequate product after raising a complaint! You rob me 60 EUR, but that is fine because I will never give my baby going out of date milk!!! They should be audited for the garbage they sell! Don't use! Stay away!

I ordered 5 liquid products (Uriage and Bioderma), and Nutritienda shipped them with absolutely NO bubble wrap or padding. Just thrown into a box.

Unsurprisingly, the package was completely destroyed in transit. The carrier (DPD/Geopost) had to repackage the leaking items into a new, undamaged outer box. The carrier even included an official "Content Check" document inside and a red sticker on the box stating: "Nachverklebt / Ihr Paket wurde auf dem Transportweg beschädigt" (Repackaged / Damaged in transit).

Inside, the items were ruined. For example, the pump head of the Uriage bottle was completely broken off, and liquids had leaked everywhere.

When I contacted customer service (T.Lucas) with ALL the photographic evidence and the carrier's damage report, they refused to issue a full refund of my €55.11. Their excuse? They claimed that because I received the (repackaged, externally intact) box, I somehow "accepted" the damaged state.

This is a blatant violation of EU and German consumer law (verdeckter Transportschaden), which clearly states the seller bears the transit risk. They are trying to scam me out of my money by blaming the carrier and my signature.

Avoid this shop at all costs! They do not know how to pack liquids and will evade legal responsibility if things go wrong. I have initiated a Chargeback through my bank to force the refund.

Edit : I made a dispute in my bank account and they refund full amount because I have all the evidence of missing items

They don't deserve even one star.. the worst customer service I have ever seen .. I received 4 orders ( me and my friends) with missing items and also damaged ones .. and the refused to refund me and accused me that all of us lied 🤷 all those bad reviews lied!!? I advised never shop from them and believe all those bad reviews.. All their customer service are unprofessional like it's a policy for this website.. so please run don't spend euro or you will waist your money and time

THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER, HOWEVER, THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT GLS AND RESOLVE THE ADDRESS PROBLEM. THERE IS ALSO NO WAY TO CONTACT ANYONE AT NUTRITIENDA FOR ASSISTANCE. POOR SERVICE ALL ROUND.

I’m really disappointed with my experience with Nutritienda. My order (#204B2714) has been taking far too long to arrive — it’s already been over 15 days for just a single item (a gel), which is unacceptable.

I did manage to get a response from their customer support, but it was very vague and unhelpful. They didn’t give me any clear information about where my order is or when it will arrive, which just adds to the frustration.

On top of that, there has been no communication from the delivery service either. I’m left completely in the dark about my package, with no proper updates or support.

The delivery is extremely slow, and the lack of clear communication makes the whole experience worse. At this point, I just want a straightforward answer about my order.

Very frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend based on this.

Easy buy. Simplified site

I ordered a palette of 24 cans of specialised cat food from Nutritienda (order 604-955-958-873). What I received instead was one single can.

Mistakes happen — but what followed is where Nutritienda’s customer service completely failed.

Instead of simply correcting the error, they started asking for multiple rounds of photos: the product, the barcode, the outside of the box, the shipping label, etc. I provided everything immediately.

Since then: no response. I have sent 3 follow-up emails asking whether they will send the correct order or issue a refund, especially because this food is medically necessary for my diabetic cat and I cannot wait indefinitely.

As a long-time customer who has ordered the exact same product for years, I found the repeated requests for proof followed by complete silence extremely unprofessional. At the moment I have paid for 24 cans and received 1, and Nutritienda has simply stopped replying.

If Nutritienda would like to resolve this situation, I would appreciate a clear response and either the correct shipment or a refund without further delays.

It is also frustrating that there is no number to call.

If I do not receive a response shortly, I will unfortunately have to escalate this through my payment provider and consumer protection channels.

So i bought some Burn Energy Drinks, it said the delivery would be Approximately Wednesday. I thought it sounded good! I have ordered from here before without too many issues. So i did just that.

Fast forward to Friday and my package is not even in Austria yet. That is insane!

If you don't mind waiting almost the same amount of time as ordering something from AliExpress aka China.

Otherwise its not terrible, prices are decent and its easy to order from here.

Never had any contact with their support so i cant say if they're any good or not.

If i find somewhere else where they sell Burn Energy Drink, i might just order from there instead!
