Engineer visit cost £110 and parts…
Engineer visit cost £110 and parts £170. Was told that replacement dishwasher was £400 so decided on repair. Engineer did not fully test unit so when I came to useit, it still didn’t work. New engineer visit plus parts will mean new unit was definitely better option.

My fridge is a wet wall Neff fridge
My fridge is a wet wall Neff fridge. It is the worst fridge I have ever owned. There are water drops running down the back wall until every few days that turns to ice. It is impossible to fill the fridge properly because all goods have to be away from the back wall because they would either freeze or get very wet. Do not ever buy a Neff fridge. When I show friends they cannot believe something so clumsy and awkward is expensive part of my new kitchen. Apparently all Neff fridges are the same except American styles wide two door fridges. Never, never, never buy one!

Made aware of specific time slot the night before and stuck to it.
