I stumbled upon New England RC looking…

I stumbled upon New England RC looking for a specific part, but the site was a mess. The search was slow, the filters didn’t work, and the product descriptions were vague. I ended up leaving empty-handed. Not impressed.

We are not a large monstrosity corporation, we are a one man operation, so for someone to leave something like this, I am extremely upset that someone would leave such a reply without directly contacting us. Luke Austin, I noticed your based on France per your profile.

New England RC is based in USA - Not England / UK as we get many questions on this. Our web servers are based in USA.

My search was tested and it's working just fine, speedy as can be!

We don't use filters, so nothing broken here! Want to give us an example of where "filters" are actually broken ?

Product descriptions are all replacement parts, intentionally are vague! Can I get one product example that you were not happy with ?

Can you maybe give me a proper example of what your upset about ? You have only provided a very generic and vague review which is defamatory to our business.
