Lots of colorful options and styles. Quality is great. Materials are soft and nice. Shipping time is slow, but its free shipping, so it kind of balances out. Order a size up on everything.

Bad cheap quality for a high price and bad customer service. Was really hard to get a reply from a person and they ignore messages.

The company is doing well. Just unfortunate that with my last order, that it took so long to process. However, I did appreciate the ability to track the progress of everything.

Parcels took a while to come however they are great once they come. All 100% accurate as per the order.

Had an issue with the third party delivery provider, but the Naked Kiwi team kindly and swiftly stepped in to assist and looked after me. Definitely recommend!

I needed to buy some glasses and needed them fairly soon. I ordered 3 weeks in advance and it still hasn’t even came, they also didn’t give me the tracking number throughout those weeks. I wish i had seen reviews on here so i could have just saved time and money from purchasing somewhere else. After reading through reviews this whole thing is a scam. The only 5 star reviews are either fake or it’s them making their own reviews. Like people have been saying.
