It was a very scary experience last week, when I was told that I would receive my payment as per contract and promised, within 3-4 hours for a decently large amount. The next morning, I had still not received a zero Kroner. I emailed them, hopeless to get them on the phone, and asked them if everything went fine with the transaction. I was told yes. I asked for verification documenting that everything went flawlessly, which was ignored. Eventually, I went to their office were some young kids that looked like they were dragged from the register seat at Netto to follow up on the money trail but they, largely incompetent, could not trace trace the money that had disappeared on their side of the transaction. Meanwhile, we found out that the transaction was cancelled on their side, never on my side, according to my Danske Bank. One of those inexperienced kids told me that there is nothing that they could do for me and yelled at me. They strictly refused to return my property (gold) that they had not paid for at any point. Eventually, I went to the police and was ready to involve the media and an ombudsman, when the CEO finally returned my gold. Basically, they held my personally property hostage for a week with no timeline given, when they would intend to return my gold because the money they had owed me had disappeared, mysteriously in a large virtual pool on their side. Unless you don’t want to get paid for the things you are selling to them I can only tell everyone to stay away from this fraudulent business while and recommend to look for professional dealers like Tavex that also offers a competitive price match and immediate cash payout.

Poor Customer Service and Order Handling

I purchased a gold bar and did not receive any order confirmation or communication for over a week. After calling the company three times, I was informed that they did not have my order in stock, despite the item being available for sale on their website.

Two weeks later, I received another email stating again that the item is not in stock and that it will be sent once it becomes available, with no clear timeline provided.

Selling items that are not in stock and failing to communicate transparently is highly unprofessional. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this web-shop
