The worst firewood quality I have ever purchased. I have boughten firewood from 5 other suppliers. Wood was scraps, rotten pieces and a few useable chunks. I would not deal with them again.

Bad customer service and money rippoff
Low standard customer service especially the response from "Peter" is unacceptable. There was clear instructions in order (Peter accepted that) but still the delivery was at wrong place. Now the company want me to pay 400 Dkk to correct their mistake. Total rip off. Also some of the products were damaged and customer service agreed to pay back but still no money in my account. Careful when you order next time.
