Order arrived after 3 weeks, boxes were damaged. When the product wasn't what we wanted and I wanted to return it turned out the company was not in Europe as the website would suggest, the return would need to be shipped to China and I would have to pay for postage. Do not use this site, go to a lighting store instead
WARNING: This company is an illegal operation owned by Hexaro in the Netherlands. They pose as a European webshop, but simply ship cheap junk directly from China.
I cancelled my order 4 minutes after making the purchase. They took 4 days to reply, claiming it was "already packed," only to let the package sit for another 14 days before actually shipping it.
You have to go through an endless tug-of-war and countless emails just to get permission to return an item. Along the way, they bombard you with offers of first 15%, then 30% discount, and a 60% gift card just to get you to give up. Only when you stubbornly stand your ground do they throw a Chinese return address in your face and demand that you pay the expensive return shipping yourself.
They completely refuse to address the fact that they lied about the dispatch date and shipped the item almost three weeks after it was cancelled. They deliberately ignore Danish consumer law and the EU's 14-day right of withdrawal. Stay far away!

SCAM COMPANY – AVOID!
The lamp I received looks completely different from what was advertised on their website. The lamp in the photos is clearly red with cream-colored details. What I received is wood-colored with white details instead and looks very cheap compared to the product shown online.
The colors, finish and overall appearance do not match the photos or the product description at all. Had I seen what the lamp actually looked like, I would never have ordered it.
After reading other negative reviews, I am now seriously questioning how trustworthy this company is. The product I received is simply not what was advertised or what I paid for.
I have requested a completely new lamp that actually matches the advertised product – red with cream-colored details. Until this is resolved, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company
