A wide selection of parking lots; an extremely user-friendly website where it's super easy to book. Immediate feedback and a voucher delivered directly to your email within seconds. I should change my car details, and I could do it after the booking without any problems. They simply resent the voucher to me with the right details. I could also enjoy a 10% discount for the day I used the service. Good experience :)

Complete fail - Esperienza orribile
I have arrived to the parking Duca di Milano reserved 10 days ago and was almost aggressed by the 2 employees who started saying that my parking was too cheap and my car didn’t fit their size and weight standards (I checked the size before booking and my car fits, no mention about the weight). I had to look for another parking, of course overpriced due to the last-minute need

GOOGLE MAPS CAN'T FIND BRINDISI PARKING GARAGE
THE BRINDISI PARKING GARAGE CALLED MINUTA IS IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND COMING FROM THE SOUTH. MAYBE FROM THE AIRPORT IT'S EASY, BUT I WAS COMING TO PARK FROM SALENTO. WENT IN CIRCLES, GOOGLE MAPS LINK WAS A JOKE. TOOK ME TO A FIELD IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE. I CALLED AND CALLED, ONLY SPOKE ITALIAN. THEIR SITE IS IN ENGLISH FOR YOUR MONEY, BUT WHEN YOU NEED HELP YOU BETTER SPEAK ITALIAN. I DROVE AROUND FOR ALMOST AN HOUR, THEN HAD TO GO PARK AT AIRPORT, OR I WOULD HAVE MISSED MY FLIGHT. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME BACK MY 36 EURO. THEY ARE BAD. TRUST ME, THIS GARAGE IS NOT WHERE THEY SAY IT CAN BE FOUND IF YOU'RE DRIVING FROM THE SOUTH USING GOOGLE. NO HELP. NEVER AGAIN #MYPARKING
