I bought a sock subscription in March and have only received 1 pair of socks (and that was after emailing them). They never respond to my messages and I can't get hold of anyone. Do not buy from them - you will be throwing your money away.
No email confirmation after purchase, they respnded to my follow up email after a few days saying the order was being processed. After the 12 business days stated on the website for delivery I had had no further contact. They did not respond to a second email I sent, or a third. I disputed the payment with my bank and got reimbursed. Not sure if its a scam website or just a really terrible business
Never received a confirmation email, emailed them took over a week to reply.
Ordered whiskey glasses to be engraved
What arrived was nothing like the picture on there site. Just plain glasses with tiny engraving. I've emailed numerous times but get no response. I paid via after pay and contacted them to hold back payment. They were pretty quick to get back to after pay though.
Nothing after pay could do about a refund . Still waiting to here back form them. don't expect to now . Would not recommend
Definitely avoid. I bought my husband a six month sock subscription. They never asked for his size and the first pair of socks arrived and didn't fit. Ive since emailed multiple times to raise this and we have received no further socks and emails ignored.

Was super disappointed dealing with this business. Was sent the wrong item. It's really difficult to make any contact with this business. Eventually got a response. Was asked to send photos of the item I recieved and haven't heard from them since. They don't care about their customers and are happy to take your money but not ensure you have what you've paid for. Buyer beware.
They take orders and your money, but that's the end of the story. A month and 4 ignored emails later no closer to getting my order. Avoid.
