Great communication

I am losing weight at a steady pace, have experienced some side effects but only minor, support is available whenever you need it.

It's really good if you've got any questions you can communicate with the help you get like Stephanie but so far really pleased with the medication,on going .

Brilliant service everything is planed out for you to follow it is obviously person centred really happy

Be careful when trying to cancel your subscription, they won’t honour it and will make it difficult to leave Charing you full whack instead of the £70. Despite requesting to cancel my subscription a week prior and them confirming a date it would end they carried on and charged me for the full amount instead. They will then rush your order out and claim that once posted they can’t do anything. It’s a kick in the teeth at the end and leaves a bitter taste with this company. They are more interested in getting you to bring in your friends as customers than looking after you.

This experience is going to stop me ever using them and I’ll happily tell others to avoid. There are plenty of other options out there that are better and not just trying to drain every penny they can.

The help juniper gives is always brilliant

My scale wasn't dispatched at the same time as the medications but a simple phone call to the customer service number, easily found in the Juniper app, meant that the fabulous Tanya sorted everything out for me. Mistakes do happen but this was a painless fix.

The honesty from them is amazing and I feel more at ease now with my weight loss journey the injections are amazing and work I also feel happy that they are there to help with issues if they appear

Like most people I was apprehensive and now I am six months into my personal health journey
I find the juniper program suits my lifestyle. My desire for focused meals improves daily. My weight loss is a constant achievement. The cost was an issue but … because it works it’s become my personal goal The cost v personal gain is a great balance

The service is excellent if you have any problem or issue they get back to you straight away.

The response to my query was almost instantaneous. They explained why I was having the symptoms and helped me manage and reduce them. It is a fantastic service and I highly recommend

Accused of lying about receiving a pen delivery on the 22/8/2026.now they have admitted it went to the wrong And not been (REFUNDED.)address. Cancelled and still waiting for full refund.the service is appauling.The aftercare non existent. Ripped off .DO NOT USE juniper Completely ignore request despite this shocking service....I SHARPE

I have struggled with my weight for years since I’ve been on juniper 8weeks I have lost 21 pounds I feel so much better in myself,I did have nausea at first I ate a little often to settle my stomach,I would recommend juniper it is helping me with portion control
