Absolutely horrendous customer service. DO NOT EVER choose their product at all. Products were falsely advertised. Ended up paying more for points top up on their site for instant delivery than OFFICAL MODE OF DELIVERY. Poor customer relation.

ive been using this service for about a year and literally every problem ive had with ordering processes has been near immediately sorted out, the support is legitimately fantastic and prices are extremely competitive. today for example, i ordered 3600 vbucks when i meant to order 3800, so i reach out to customer service and they give me a discount code and cancel my previous order so i can pay what i was supposed to and still get everything, the customer support guys are very patient, understanding and clear with everything, i would honestly give 6 stars if i could theyre genuinely a contender for the best customer service ive ever seen
