Excellent work from start to finish. My fitter Nico kept me updated step by step every day. Very polite and hard working. No hiccups whatsoever. My finished bathroom is absolutely gorgeous. I would highly recommend this excellent company 👌

From initial call through to completion, the service is fantastic. Friendly, professional and VERY patient. Complete rip out and install of quality bathroom suite, walls, floors, electrics to a finish without any snags. Seriously, zero snags! Our fitter worked tirelessly (& very tidily) for 5 days solid. Pricings are very fair and the communication gave clarity at every stage. I have already recommended Mersey Bathrooms as I cannot sing their praises enough.

Excellent,friendly,professional service from the moment we walked in the shop to the completion of the bathroom.Lots of choice,really good prices and outstanding service.The man who came and fitted the bathroom was an amazing,hardworking who worked his socks off every day until it was finished.On completion the bathroom is of a perfect,high standard and no issues what so ever.I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

bathrooms andy come measured the bathroom up and then give us some hiders on the bathroom then give us a date of when they could start if we agreed on the qout which we received the next day and we happy with they were fast efficient friendly Silviu come Tuesday morning on time to start the job that man put the work for the next 4 days we had a new bathroom which is absolutely stunning the wife is really happy i would definitely recommend mersey bathrooms which i actually have already done the morel of the story is happy wife happy life 😀

Excellent service, including the design process, delivery and fitting of the bathroom. Our fitter worked for 6 full days. Very polite, punctual and didn't stop working. At one point we were worried he wasn't taking a break!
We are delighted with the finished product. All very clean and well fitted.

Excellent customer care and hard working, great fitters. The clean and tidiest builders I have had the pleasure to hire. Worked hard and long to ensure full bathroom re-fit finished in 4 days and super happy with the result. Would definately recommend this Company.

This was quite a big job [ six full days] but only one fitter did the work.
He worked extremely hard but in my opinion should have had help at times.

We ordered large patterned panels for the wall. If I ask a decorator to wallpaper with patterned paper I expect the pieces to match. Not so with our wall panels which were "Randomly placed".
Unfortunately we didn't notice until too late , the panels were stuck to the wall.

Beware..if you want large patterned wall panels , make sure the pattern matches when put up.
This shouldn't be a customer responsibility.

Shop was not helpful. Ordered a black [anthracite] radiator . Clearly black in the brochure we ordered from. When it arrived it was textured grey...even said so on the packaging. They tried to pressure us into keeping the grey [bathroom theme black and white] which would have spoiled the entire look. After two days they finally agreed to replace with a matt black one.
That is not customer service!

On the positive side the fitter kept everywhere as clean and tidy as he could during the work and vans arrived to take away rubble [no skip] as and when required , which was well arranged.

Score : fitter 4/5 He worked very long hours finishing on the last day at 1030pm.

Score company 2/5 for the overall result taking into consideration the wall panel situation and poor customer service.

From start to finish, seriously impressed.
We found Mersey Bathrooms through Google Maps and the existing reviews and decided to visit the showrooms in St Helens.
The initial gentleman we spoke with on the desk was really helpful answering questions and showed us around. There were also customer tours going on. The showroom(s) were brilliant, full of products and displays. There is loads of information on the websites too and brochures. This really helped us decide on what we wanted for our new bathroom.
We booked a quote / visit and Julius arrived and talked our vision through with us and helped us design what we wanted. Having visited the showroom we were well prepared to say what products we wanted included and Julius helped us with the finer detail, taking measurements and producing a quote.
We booked the dates for the new bathroom. The company are very organised with all aspects. The guys in the vans are brilliant with the materials arriving on day one and rubbish is collected regularly throughout. The fitter David was excellent, tidying as he worked. He worked tirelessly and has done an amazing job. We are thrilled with our new bathroom, he has brough our vision to reality and the quality of his workmanship is superb.
Honestly, thank you Mersey Bathrooms, you are a breath of fresh air.

Well What can I say. Job was done in 4 days Workmanship was pretty good The lad that fitted it worked extremely hard and overall was extremely happy until I was on tik tok and bathroom fitters are advertising for work and showing rooms around the same size as mine One difference. The price I now feel I have been ripped off by this company.

Mersey bathrooms were excellent from start to finish bringing lots of samples to my home so we could design our dream bathroom. Vitali worked 12-13 hours a day to get it finished in 4 and a half days. His craftsmanship and work ethic are second to none. Would highly recommend this company

Nothing but good things to say about this company! From start to finish they were prompt, no nonsense and helpful! I had to delay works and they accommodated me no problem. My fitter, Bruno, was hardworking and took so much care, even taking time to explain to me some previous plumbing issues with the building I live in. He worked tirelessly and was lovely to chat to as well. I have a disabled child and only one bathroom in the house so I asked if works could be carried out from 10am and it was accommodated and Bruno also fitted the bathroom in a way that meant we only had to use the portaloo for one night before the toilet was plumbed in. I would 100% recommend!

I had 2 bathroooms refitted and the difference is amazing, the quality is excellent and Yan who was our fitter worked non stop. I am really pleased with how both bathrooms look and have already recommended them to others.

Love our bathroom, brilliant job. One man completed it on his own. Started on the Monday( which was Bank Holiday) and finished off by the Saturday evening. He worked really hard and long hours. Very impressed with this company. Had a little hitch last minute with the shower but they soon came out to sort. Always dreamed of a beautiful bathroom, thanks again. He was so tidy and never left any mess!! The lovely man that did our bathroom was called John 😊
