I did the deal buy 6 get 6 free. My order was late, I received a email saying it was going to be delayed, and that I was going to get a discount, but I did not see that happen.
I also ordered add ons, to my order,2 pairs of men's underware, and still have not received them.
I did then receive my 12 pairs, but some of the pairs are different, some have different waistbands, some are smaller in size, don't have much stretch and the waistbands keep rolling down, and are not comfortable. I was hopeful to try these, but the ones I received, the sizes and waistbands are just not the same and some are tight.

I ordered hipsters first & I just don’t like the fit (been wearing hipsters of another brand for decades). So, I ordered boy shorts second and I love them. I just ordered more so I can finally get rid of all my old.

The sizing is confusing I ordered a small you sent .e a XXL but they fit I like how they fit and feel

I had ordered the regular full briefs on a buy six get six free promotion. They arrived surprisingly quick. Today is my first day wearing them after washing them and air drying them per their instructions. They seem to run a bit bigger than I anticipated using the size chart. I really like them. They are light weight and have a nice feel to them. My suggestion for anyone on the lower range of the size for the briefs would be to size down. I’m giving them 5 stars because of their quality and comfort.

Easy to use website; good info on sizing; lots of great info on bamboo fabric performance. Delivery took a couple weeks so not the fastest but not the worst I have experienced.

Excellent material for underwear especially in this heat. Size XL fits me perfectly for the full brief, comfortable to wear.

Well, I washed them. They seem to wash OK I wore them. They were comfortable. They’re a little higher waisted than it looks like in most of your photos, but I’m making it work.

I dislike the fit of the large hipster. The edges of the panties are very visible in jeans or dressing pants. The front cut of panties are very uncomfortable. I already return once and had to wait for the exchange and pay the transaction. I will not return again to the company but also will not repurchase.

I really like the panties so far! They are very comfy and soft. I did have an issue with the 2 bras I ordered. I ordered Large and Received XL. They work ok but I have to use the smallest set of hooks. Also, the straps seem a little short. I have to let them almost all the way out and them there is a lump where the fabric is looped over at the very end. It makes the bra strap stick out a little bit on the back. I am going to keep them because I don't want to hassle with sending them back and exchanging.

Really like most of the underwear that I bought. Took about two weeks to get here so keep that in mind if you’re trying to order them quick. Keep in mind that these need to air dry not be put in the dryer which I did not know until I received them no problem.

Only thing I regret is not getting more! It’s the only underwear that can last all day sweating and in the heat. I was changing underwear like 2-3x a day when it was hot. I feel like these are a lot better for your health. For sizing I’m either a L or XL in other underwear so I got the XL in these and they work but they are a little tight. I think the XXL would have fit more comfortably. Took awhile to ship to me but definitely worth the wait

I would have given them 2 starts because the material is okay, but the reason I am giving one start is because the customer service is awful. I got 12 pairs of underwear from them because I kept getting adds every time I go online, and I decided to give them a try. It took a while to revive them and when I did, I noticed that the way they are sewn makes them having those chunky seems that dig into your skin. I wanted something that is soft and comfortable. I reached out to the customer service and the person that is replying to my messages is very slow to answer. She told me to ship the ones I didn’t try one back, and when they get them back they will inspect and send exchange items. In other words, you will be waiting months to receive a product that probably works. Each time you ship something back, you have to pay for the shipping yourself. I will not buy from them again thanks to their tactics.

They fit perfect even a bit big but thats a good thing for me.
Really soft fabric en keeps me feeling fresh en clean.

I’ve got the thongs and french fit. Normally thongs will hurt at the back but i wear these even when i sleep.

Love them.
