Too bad experience
I made my first order on this website, containing some heavy things, like cat litter, etc. The package total was 19kg. The website offers you the exact delivery date. Don’t believe them!
The delivery driver didn’t even try to go to my apartment, and took the parcel to the pick up point 550m from home.
Ok, problems with the delivery might happen. But when I mentioned the problem to the customer service, I copy/paste their response here:
We have sent your order in two packages so that they are at least not too heavy. 🚨
I love jokes, but sorry guys this is not funny at all. Couldn’t imagine a customer service could be that bad 🤡
Dear Sabine from Medpets, I hope you won’t have to walk with 2 huge 19kg boxes for free just because somebody didn’t do their job

Update: after going to the pick up store twice to bring every heavy package home, three of the items is damaged as if it was took out of the trash bin and put in the box 😂

The worst!
As update to my message before in regards of my dogs food, your message it's just a lie!
I contact another online company, ordered the food on a Friday morning, food arrived the following Monday; so your bull***t about not being in stock because "unexpected supply chain issues" its a lot of bullocks!!!

The entire package was soaking wet and…
The entire package was soaking wet and the product in the box had been opened and all the contents spilled out. The box was completely damaged.
