Urgent Refund Request – Order mednl-0000002939 (Unbranded Packaging Issue)

Dear Team Medicijnen.nl,

I would like to emphasize once more that it is very unusual and concerning that a trusted pharmaceutical company like Pfizer would distribute medication in packaging without its brand name printed on it. Please note that I myself work in the field of pharmacology, and based on my professional experience, it is extremely unlikely that such a large and reputable company would leave its branding off the packaging.

Even if one considers the possibility that this is a company error (for example, a misprint or oversight on the packaging), the fact remains that I should not bear the cost while having to use a medication with such uncertainty. The responsibility for this situation lies with the company that distributed the product without proper labeling.

As you know, under Belgian and EU pharmaceutical regulations, it is mandatory to include the manufacturer’s or authorization holder’s name on the packaging of all medicines.

This situation leaves me with serious doubts about the authenticity of the product you delivered. To be fully transparent, I no longer have confidence in this order, regardless of whether the tablets inside carry markings.

For this reason, I kindly request that you issue a refund for order mednl-0000002939 without further delay.

Thank you for your understanding.

Kind regards,
K.M.K.

Bad experience!

Bad experience! I ordered on November 11th and my prescription was rejected because they couldn't identify the doctor who prescribed it (I had already bought the medicine previously with the same doctor and prescription model). The order was canceled and it took more than 2 weeks to get my money back. I tried contacting the number on the website, more than 50 times and no one answered. I don't recommend it!
