The staff are fantastic, the bus driver even stopped for me when I was running late and had just missed the bus. Highly recommend, easy to use app and a drive in system with automated number plate recognition. Top top top!

MC Parking is the best I have used…
MC Parking is the best I have used during my trips from Berlin Airport. The professional service that works with the users of the parking spaces always surprises me very positively! Professional service from start to finish. The shuttle bus takes you and your family directly to Terminals 1-2 every 20 minutes. Thanks to the clean, large buses you will get there very quickly and comfortably. I left my car for 5 days and after that…
I left my car for 5 days and after that there was some stratch on the front of the car. They took a photo and after 2 weeks (and 3 emails) let me know that thay can only register last 72hours and don’t know who exactly did it. Definitely not recommend Mcparking to anyone!!

We regret that damage was caused to your vehicle during your stay and that the person responsible for the accident did not report it. This is really annoying.
Due to legal requirements, we are not allowed to record for longer than 72 hours. (General Data Protection Regulation)
Please bear in mind that all other providers are also subject to the General Data Protection Regulation and you would have had the same problem there.
The main purpose of camera surveillance is to prevent thieves from entering the car park and stealing vehicle parts, which happens very frequently at the airport, for example.
Regardless of where you park, the insurance company of the person responsible for the accident is liable for damages everywhere in Germany.
I hope you can understand that we have not made a mistake here, but that we are simply complying with the legal requirements. We would be pleased if you would take this into account in your feedback.
