Very nice wool, beautiful dye job, but a nightmare to deal with!
I ordered quite a bit of wool from this retailer, but when it arrived, there was only half as much as I needed, as the information about meterage on the website was incorrect.
The seller had been very helpful until she got my money, but when I contacted her about the problem she initially tried to disclaim any responsibilty for the error (on HER website), and when I told her I wanted a refund she became very hard to get hold of, didn't respond to emails or texts, and told me when I sent the wool back that the package had just been left on her doorstep - but the tracking system has her signature on it!!
I did eventually get my money back, but no one needs that degree of hassle.
