The covers fit really well, however
The covers fit really well. They are well made. I just did not expect, when selecting 100% linen, that the underside of the covers would be 100% polyester. Please make that clear in the description. I just want natural fibres in my house and now I still have half a polyester couch... Won't buy here again even though the covers are beautiful and well made

The visible parts of the covers are made from pure, high-quality linen. This also includes all areas that come into contact with the skin. The only polyester element is the section located underneath the seat cushions. It is not visible during everyday use and does not come into contact with the skin. The use of this material in that particular area is related to the construction and sewing technology of the cover.
That said, we truly appreciate your suggestion and agree that this information should be communicated more clearly. We will take your feedback on board and work on introducing an alternative for customers who want every part of their cover, including the hidden sections, to be made entirely from natural fibres.
Since you are happy with the quality and fit of the covers themselves, please feel free to contact us. We can prepare a fully natural-fibre version for you as an individual custom order. And perhaps by the time you are looking for your next cover, such an option will already be available in our regular collection.

I ordered two covers for my poang
I ordered two covers for my poang. The company asked me for pictures in order to make sure of the type of poang!!! There was a bit of a delay regarding the difficulty of my actual address,which honestly is on me. The packaging was perfect,the covers as well and a gift!
Overall Iam very satisfied and impressed by the professionalism of the companys representative. I will order again in the near future.

Amazing customer service who was able to tell me what cover I needed for my sofa after I sent a photo of it as I didn't know what the sofa was. The cover fits like a glove, the quality is amazing and feels a lot more expensive than it is. It has given our sofa a new lease of life and it looks like a brand new one!

I’m very happy to write about this company! I have an old 4 seats sofa from ikea and I was very upset that they don’t make it with white cotton fabric anymore. I did order one from here and it fits perfectly !
From order to receive it took 3 weeks to arrive and costs like 30% more than at Ikea, but they delivered what I really wanted and so it worth the price and I would buy it again!!! (Actually this is my second order with them!)

Excellent customer service. They replied promptly when I had a query and they issued a full refund when the covers were not right for my chairs. I usually worry about buying things online, but this was a very positive experience.

I am very pleased with the sofabed slipcover I ordered. The fabric is a nice heavyweight corduroy, there are pleats and welting (nice!) and it fits. I would definitely order from them again.

Be careful. Based on their reviews, it seems this company generally offers good products and service but mistakes happen and my experience is that in that case you can expect absolutely no help. My ikea covers arrived in good time, lovely fabric and appeared well made but were too big for the cushions. I contacted them and was told they only accept returns in “unused” condition which means in practice they have a no return policy but that’s not what I wanted anyhow. They requested photos which I supplied but in the face of clear evidence they insisted persistently that there was no problem. The customer service person was patronising and obstructive but thankfully stopped just short of calling me a liar. There’s no benefit to me in deceiving them. She declined my request to escalate my concern to her manager but eventually sort of conceded there was a problem caused, mysteriously, by me having caused the cushions to somehow shrink so it was my fault! I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on baggy, ill-fitting covers which look terrible. I’ve never posted a negative review before but I’m disgusted by the way I’ve been treated

Here goes, definitely my longest and most positive review ever:
When looking for replacement couch covers this company doesn’t surface on internet. It’s hidden somewhere among the usual results.
It took me a bit to come across it while using the famous search. A sincere waste marketing wise.
Especially how I got to learn their customer service early on (questions, double checking measurements etc) and their quality of the product I ordered (norsborg replacement for a full 2-seat sofa and chaise longue).
After ordering it took them 3 weeks to produce, ship and for me to receive the parcel. On their site it has brief but relatively clear instructions what to do when the parcel arrives before putting (dusty fabric), for washing etc…
My order was barely dusty and I put it without any trouble. Also I had a close eye on the sewing, zippers, velcro. Such a decent and wonderful product!
I genuinely was stunned.
Especially since the product is made in China (sewing), something we’re not used to for all known reasons.
The company is Polish but there seems to be a good and clear way of communication between both bases.
Minor critic on some details where the frame cover was somewhat bigger, and elsewhere a bit smaller close to almost too tight.
It looked all so well and wonderful I was genuinely afraid to sit on it.
This was the end of April 2026. And despite I basically live alone without pets, it looks decent and great.
Tip: order the fabric samples (up to 5 for free)!! Definitely a win-win.
Julia from customer service replied within 48h, accurately, decent, friendly and polite. Also checking details with the technical department went great through her.
This is one of those products / companies with such service and quality you kinda know (through many experiences and know stories) it someday by someone will change due to ‘effective’ budget savings just to make more money on the product while the quality and service dies first and then the company wonders what went wrong…
Please be different!!
I don’t know (yet) how things with the product will develop over the next few months or with washing, but so far:
Definitely recommended!

A new life for my 8 year-old sofa
The new covers for my 8 year-old Norsborg sofa have given it a completely new life!
It's gone from dreary beige to gorgeous Tetron Cotton Green. Getting new covers (and legs) saved me around £1000 vs buying a new sofa. There's nothing wrong with the frame and cushion pads, so it didn't make sense to get rid of it.
I shopped around a lot and got SO MANY samples before deciding that the quality and colour of the fabric available from Masters of Covers was the right choice. The covers fit perfectly, were easier to fit than the original Ikea covers and seem to be very well made. They arrived well packaged and within the expected timeframe.
All-in-all I'm a happy customer and would recommend.
