“Very low quality” is a strong statement but it’s also a very broad one. Without any specifics (how long it lasted on your skin, what you expected, what exactly felt “low quality”), it’s difficult to understand what went wrong and even harder to improve anything based on it.

One important point, though: not all perfume styles are built to perform the same way.
A fresh, clean, airy fragrance (citrus, aromatic, watery notes) is designed to feel bright and light — and that style will usually not project or last like a darker composition built around heavier materials (resins, amber, woods, oud, smoky accords). That doesn’t make the fresh one “low quality”; it simply means it’s made to wear differently.

For example, in our range there are intense, smoky profiles (like Ecstasy) that many customers describe as very persistent often the kind of scent that stays on clothing until the next day. But expecting that level of longevity from a fresh profile is like expecting sparkling water to taste like espresso.

If you’re willing to share a bit more detail what you mean by “low quality” (longevity, projection, scent profile, evolution, packaging, leakage, anything measurable) we’ll gladly look into it and recommend a style that fits your expectations better. And if your feedback is mainly about the scent itself, we’d also appreciate it on the product page, where it helps future buyers choose the right profile.

Just to add some context: about a month before this order, you placed another order for the same product, but the parcel was not collected. We didn’t take it personally — and we certainly didn’t “return the favour” with a one-star review, even though we covered the shipping costs both ways (delivery + return).

As for Trustpilot, it’s most useful when reviews reflect the service: your order was delivered in under 24 hours from the time it was placed. Taste is taste — and that’s perfectly fine — but “I didn’t like the smell” is a personal preference, not a service failure.
