Like previous reports I also got a free pack and again did not realise I was signed to a subscription they took 2 X €64 out of my account and was told they could not refund as the cat stix were all ready posted. Total scam.
I have contacted my Banking institution and removed the subscription.
Totally unacceptable behaviour from Mastix

I ordered the free pack of cat 🐈 grass. My cats loved it. I didn't know that actually automatically I was subscribed to receive products 🤨! I was charged 44.93 euros for another pack of cat grass!
I tried to cancel it online, but I couldn't so I emailed them hopping that they will come back to me in time! Maria from their customer service returned my email and she was able to cancel the subscription 🙏!
She was really nice and very understanding!
Now I'm waiting to be refunded, Maria said it will take around 10 days the money will reach my bank account!

I ordered the free trial but didn't know about a subscription and got charged £66 for it. I have emailed twice so far to cancel said subscription and a refund. So far no response.
It's way too expensive for the product as the cats don't like them. Only one cat is curious.

I ordered a free pack of the cat grass stix but paid 5 pounds for delivery not even a free trial the advert said free today but they subscribed me some how i didnt even know there was a suscription and they have now taken 49 pounds out of my bank which i knew nothing about they are a scam company they will not refund my money and say they are on their way please please do not order off this company they are just scammers and if i could give them no stars i would

I was tricked into a subscription after playing what I thought was a free spinning wheel game for Cat Grass Teething Sticks. I was supposed to spend £0, but I’ve unwittingly spent £90 on products my three cats won't even touch (Orders 192304641 & 192302362). I'm also still waiting for a "Huge Cat Mystery Box" that hasn't been delivered. Watch out: they send the subscription confirmation email straight to your spam box so you don't realize you've been signed up. Save your money!

The sticks are popular with all 6 cats and even my little kitten. But not overwhelmingly so. They'll munch away happily on them but they won't demand more or compete for them. So I was a little disappointed. I won't be ordering more because the product is way too expensive for this kind of reaction. If the kitties had gone nuts I would have considered buying more.

Placed an order for our cats which did not like the product. Didn't see any flag ups that the sample pack that I just paid postage for was a month subscription of £37 for 10 sticks. Emailed quite s few times eventually came back yo me to say sorry to late in transit now in contact with my bank be careful when using this company

Good for your cats teeth and gut health our cat loves the product only thing is is that I'd say only give 1 stick then see how the cat responds my greedy kitty had 2 and he then had upset tummy
So maybe just use 1 a week as a treat
