I’m still waiting nearly 3 weeks for the product to arrive

Do not buy this nail polish... It smells so bad that it triggered Asthma symptoms and caused a migraine. It's meant to be plant based. I went with the company thinking their polish would be modern meaning none harmful.

I was wrong.

I am so disappointed.

The finish doesn’t look like nail polish at all! Unfortunately I can’t recommend it. I was so looking forward to this product, such a pity.

Experience so far hasn’t been very positive. Over a week later from placing my order, I’ve received no confirmation that my order has been despatched. I’ve sent through 2 ‘contact us’ requests and no response so far. No other way of contacting customer service which is a bit frustrating….

Email confirmation suggested delivery 2-3 business days so nothing so far.
It’s a shame because the reviews show as good service, not my experience so far, thinking of cancelling my order.

Great products and customer service! I bought Green Flash kit and I love it so much! I also bought the keratin nail polish, I had such horrible nails and now they are back to normal and a lot healthier.
During last shipping one of the nail polishes got damaged and the customer service was so nice and kind to me

Honestly, this was probably the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Alyssa was so kind, patient and genuinely took the time to make sure I understood the whole process properly before anything else. She explained everything in detail, including things I might have misunderstood, and made sure to rule out any mistakes being caused by me applying the gel incorrectly. She listened to my concerns, offered her help and was so understanding throughout. What I appreciated most was that I could genuinely feel that she cared about me getting the best possible result, rather than simply trying to respond to my issue. Such a lovely experience! ❤️

I only buy from this brand after seeing how healthy they have become!!!! They are long strong and don’t break anyone. I love the the colors the color selection in both gel and all the other selections!!!! They last so long. My daughter loves the kids nail polish too so thank you for creating some for kids!!

MANUCURIST has been a true surprise! I love the super natural vegan mission of the brand and I was shocked by the shiny finish, the duration of the color and by the care of my nails that finally breathe and look renewed, smooth, fair and stronger!

Customer care is quick and clear, they are very helpful (although IA ... ) and que dois-je ajouter? FOR ME FOR ME FORMIDAAAABLE!!

In my opinion, the Manicurist products are great and worth their price. Just tried the Jelly ones and absolutely love them.

The nail polish peels off or fades away very fast - just in 2-3 days

Love the producs! The polish stays on and is easy to apply. Beautiful colours love the jelly ones! 😊 Prefer these over other brands!

Great products , i love all the items i have bought so far. Blur is particularly helpful to me as a nurse as it makes my nails looks like lovely without looking like nail varnish. Customer service is brilliant and Emma went over and beyond to sort out my small issue with delivery, i will be a repeat customer! Thankyou

I have been waiting for weeks, and still haven't received my order. I started looking for the tracking number and discovered that instead of my home address (the same that I always use without any issues) I'm supposed to pick it up somewhere in a field 20 kilometers away! Never again!

Some of my original and replacement items came broken due to them being glass and I'm sure rough post office handling, despite it being no fault of theirs they both times got back to me immediately to send not only the replacement items but extra goodies for my troubles. As a business some things go bad that are out of your control, but good customer service is the answer 9 times out of 10 and they really excel at that!

I had some issue with the delivery, which I believe was the couriers’ error rather than Manucurist, so otherwise a faultless order! Really helpful and prompt customer service who came across really lovely. I haven’t received the product yet due to the aforementioned shipping error so cannot comment on the quality but if it’s anything like the quality of service then there’ll be no complaints here!

Love the product better than any varnish I’ve used. Customer service is absolutely first class. Immediate response to a query and solution given. Never had such good service before
