Excellent customer service and a well made and strong shaper. Delighted with my experience.

Excellent customer service item was damaged but refund given

Although the garment did as it says, due to delivery taking so long and I needed one for an event, I bought a cheaper product from elsewhere at a 3rd of the cost. The quality of this garment was so much better than the Magic Shaper when comparing them after it finally arrived. So much so that I wish I just purchased the cheaper one first. Please look around before thinking about buying a magic shaper as I don’t think it is worth the cost given the quality and there are cheaper/better ones elsewhere.

The worst experience ever. They are a bunch of scammers and you cannot return anything. Its doesnt fit and it's uncomfortable and they are refusing to send me a return label or return address.

Scammers.

Garment really stretches and is comfortable -I am 12/14 and it does go on and has amazing stretching.

Further to my earlier review. Despite being Magic Shaper UK I have been given an address in China for the return with me paying the return costs! What a scam!
I deliberately chose a uk company. Not sure if trading standards can do anything but I am definitely contacting them. Only has one star because I can't give less.
Never order from this company

Easy to order and prompt delivery. Item was better than described! Perfect fit and made me feel very supported whilst wearing it.

MY PARCEL IS MISSING NEARLY 3 WEEKS AND STILL NO REFUND, JUST A ONE MAN BAND CALLED "DANIEL" AND BS EMAILS WHEN HE CAN BE BOTHERED TO REPLY BACK. WON'T REFUND ME, KEEPS UP THE BS IN THE EMAILS. THIS COMPANY IS DODGY YOU WAIT AGES FOR YOUR ORDER AS IT'S CHINA NOT UK!!! THEN WHEN THE PARCEL IS MISSING YOUR DON'T GET A REFUND NOT A REAL UK COMPANY AT ALL I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO CONSUMERS RIGHTS AND FILLING THERE FAKE FACE BOOK POSTS WITH NEDATIVITY STOPPING ANYONE ELS BEING SCAMMED OF THERE HARD WORKING MONEY!!!!!! Easy to order. Good communication about when item would be delivered. Didn’t think because it was one size only that it would be suitable, but it did provide a nice smooth silhouette under clothing.

Fraud, Fraud, Fraud, Do not buy anything from this company. These bras are not sized properly at least 3 to 4 sizes smaler than what I ordered and they are cheaply made. I waited several weeks for this mess. I WANT MY TIME & MONEY BACk.

True to advertisement and so I am pleased. I waited a long time for it though as it comes from china

What a waste of money, the product offered no support at all and wasn’t as described on the website, it’s very cheaply made and the fabric is awful, returns are very difficult and expensive

The items I ordered took 2 weeks to arrive. The quality and finishing are very poor, especially for the price they charge.
But the real issue is trying to return the items. I was asked for photos and a video to show why I wanted to return them. After messing me around with counter offers for 18 days, I was still no closer to getting my refund. I had to ask my credit card provider to intervene. Save yourself a headache and don't buy from them!

Although I have not received my product in the time stated, when I contacted the company someone got back to me within a few hours and have contacted me several times to keep me updated on what is happening with regards to my original order and how they are trying to solve things for me.

Would give 0 if I could. Do NOT purchase, they are in China not uk and I am still awaiting refund. Have been fobbed off. Scam!!!!

Great customer service

Absolutely awful sizing is completely wrong not as stated. 14/16 is more like 8/10.
Returns even worse the just keep offering everything to avoid a return e.g.
- another size for £10 and keep the original dispose of as you wish.
- 50% refund and keep the unwanted item.
- To make the process easier for you, we can process a refund for your order minus the £10.99 postage fee, and you would not need to return the item. Saving you a trip to the post office!
They just don’t want to provide a return address which is in China! The cost they estimate for return is £10.99.

Don't be fooled by UK Website. Product comes from China, is a cheap copy and returns are at your expense to China. As others, wish I had read researched on Trudtpilot first

I stumbled across the advert and decided to buy...didn't realise I would have to wait so long for delivery! But overallbi am pleased.
