De kern is het schaduwdoek: zuivere lijnen, stabiele spanning, zorgvuldig gekozen materialen. Daaromheen ontwerpen we palen en bevestigingssystemen voor een veilige, precieze montage, en verticale rolgordijnen, inclusief heldere PVC roll-down windschermen die het licht doorlaten en tegelijk beschermen tegen wind en regen. We werken bovendien aan buitenmeubilair, poefs en verlichting, ontworpen om visueel en functioneel bij elkaar te passen. Wat Maanta onderscheidt, is de manier waarop we bouwen. Customer service was excellent

I had problems with the products I received due to a punctured injection mortar, but customer service was excellent and replaced the products for me.

They also guided me when I was buying a Solaris waterproof shade sail.

It is really reassuring to have such a good customer experience, especially when dealing with a product that has a 4-year warranty. I feel comfortable knowing that they will help me if I have any problems with the products I’ve purchased in the future.

Opletten met de accessoires!

The canvas may be of reasonable quality, but the service is terrible. We had ordered the accessory 'Wand Kit Muscle x3'. However, we received a 'Wand Kit Muscle x1', which only contained 1 piece. Apparently, the x3 is a 'commercial' naming convention, which is misleading to say the least.
Now we would have to order this kit twice again, which is very inconvenient. However, the company did offer free shipping on those items.

Het canvas is misschien van redelijke kwaliteit, maar de service is verschrikkelijk. We hadden de accessoire 'Wand Kit Muscle x3' besteld. We ontvingen echter een 'Wand Kit Muscle x1', die slechts één onderdeel bevatte. Blijkbaar is de x3 een 'commerciële' naamgevingsconventie, wat op zijn zachtst gezegd misleidend is.
Nu zouden we deze kit twee keer opnieuw moeten bestellen, wat erg onhandig is. Het bedrijf bood echter wel gratis verzending aan voor die artikelen.

We would like to clarify that the name “x3” refers to the mechanical advantage of the system, which, through its double pulley design, allows to triple the applied tension force. It does not indicate the number of kits included in the package.

The kit you chose includes one complete anchoring unit, and this is exactly how it is shown and explained in the official installation manual, where you will also find a packing list. That manual includes details both for the single kit you purchased and for the 3-pack version that we no longer sell, precisely because it created confusion.

We were hesitant, but it turned out great!

We were a little hesitant about ordering the custom shade sail through the full online experience (as this was something that we would like to be able to see in real life). We received some samples to make our choice about the color of the fabric and decided to place our order. It all went flawlessly, with excellent support through mail. Everything was delivered and has been installed. We're happy about the end result!

Defective products, denied full refund

I ordered two Alu Simple poles to install for a custom sail shade. The products that arrived were defective - the screw holes for the poles and the interior rod did not align, which made assembly impossible.

After days of emails and phone calls the Maanta representatives provided the return information but I received less than half of what I paid as a refund. I've been working with this company for weeks now to rectify the situation but getting nowhere. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.

The package arrived on time and exactly as we ordered. The colour of the cloth matches our veranda cushions perfectly and I am impressed with the quality and strength of the aluminium parts! Installation was easy thanks to the instructions via the QR code.

I would highly recommend Maanta to our friends.
