Contacted CS and the replied perfectly, offerd me a good deal for a 3rd stone instead of returning the wrong one, would take more time and more money in fees to exchange the stone than to purchase a new one.

The package was far longer time on its way than they said.

Amazing Customer Service
I had a really positive experience with Maxxim Paris customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong color necklace for a birthday gift and was quite stressed about it, but Vanessa( love her<3) was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful throughout the entire process.
Even though they unfortunately couldn’t change my order in time because it was already in production, they still took the time to try and assist me and kept me updated the whole way through. A lot of companies would probably just send a standard reply and move on, so I truly appreciated the effort and care they showed.
The jewelry is beautiful and the customer service was honestly amazing.
One thing I would recommend to future buyers: definitely double check your custom order details before placing it, especially the color/material, since personalized items go into production very quickly and changes may not always be possible afterwards.
Overall, really happy with the support I received and I would absolutely order from them again:).(and i did)

The products arrive completely different from the pictures, and they stall you for days by email. They disregard consumer rights. I absolutely do not recommend shopping from them. Poor quality and different from the material shown in the photo. An unreliable company.
