Good service according to contract

We run into a few hiccups during the window measurement process? including measurer who showed up almost an hour late. But, i immediately requested that they only remove the old window once the new one was ready to avoid any window-less downtime and maxiglass were cool about it, which i really appreciate.

The installation was done with care, although there was a bit of paint damage on the facade. We managed it out on the spot, so no big deal. The entire order took a tad longer then 15 days, which is what i had expected? but it's all within contract terms, so i'm good with it.
It was a good experience at all.
