At the time of vehicle pickup, I was told that my Turkish driving licence was not valid and that an “EU driving licence” was required. They stated that the vehicle would only be handed over to me if I purchased additional insurance from them for €130.

If my driving licence was not valid for this booking, this should have been clearly stated before the reservation was made. Furthermore, an explanation should be provided as to why my reservation with Monza was handled by OK Mobility. I request your assistance in obtaining a refund of the €130 insurance fee that I was forced to pay.

It was approximately 8:30 p.m., and I was on holiday with my family. Since I had no opportunity to find another vehicle, I had no choice but to purchase the insurance they demanded.

This is not a service, but cheap scammers.
I'll tell you my story in a few words.
I reserved a rental car, specifically a BMW X3.I checked via instant messengers what year the car was and what engine size.After that, when everything was aranged, I paid a deposit of 40 euros, and the car arrived the next day.We agreed that the car would be from 2022, but the old one from 2016 arrived, so I refused it and they refused to return deposit.Answer is: "Kindly note that, according to our rental terms and conditions, refunds are not accepted"..they are simply disgraceful.
Be careful and cautious.

GET RID OF THEM!!! from this car rental company. They’ll try everything they can to sell you expensive additional insurance. Apparently, “for legal reasons,” the credit card used for the security deposit must be in the renter’s name. They did not (!) accept payment of the security deposit via a debit card. The credit card of the second driver, who had been registered beforehand, was also not accepted. The PINs for two different credit cards didn’t work for “unexplained reasons,” so the accounts for both credit cards were blocked. As a result, I was forced to purchase expensive supplemental insurance (over 25 euros per day). I wasn’t the only one having problems that day. One out of every three customers who wanted to pick up their car at the same time had similar problems!!!
I had booked this car rental company through CHECK-24: IT IS UNACCEPTABLE TO LIST SUCH AN UNREPUTABLE PROVIDER ON THE CHECK-24 PORTAL!!!!!

The staff was very helpful, especially Giannis Geo. Easy check-in and check-out.
