Scam site, do not order! Can't believe they're still in operation given they've been reported for months.

MonkeyPuffs is an absolute disgrace! I made a purchase, and they swiftly took my money, only to vanish into thin air. My attempts to contact them through emails and messages have fallen on deaf ears – it's like dealing with ghosts.

I refuse to let my hard-earned money go to waste, and I'm not alone. I'm taking immediate action by reporting this shady operation to Fair Trading and Scam Watch. Their unethical business practices and complete disregard for customers deserve to be exposed.

Consider this a warning: steer clear of this company if you value your time, money, and sanity. They are the epitome of everything a reputable business should not be. Save yourself the headache – find a more trustworthy supplier!

I ordered 20 vapes and received 3 and they were not the correct ones either. I appear to have lost a great deal of money to this company in these hard times and can't believe that they are operating without scrutiny in Australia and NZ. They do not reply to emails or send a wishy washy reply.

Received 3 out of 20 ordered. Funny how I’m not getting anymore emails when I said I would report them, which I have done.

Ordered 5 vapes recieved nothing, they emailed to say it was lost and to send another 25 to resend it.
Do not give them a cent EVER!

Scamming pieces of sh#*! Lost 1000 dollars to these dogs!!!! I ordered the 100 pack for $1000, I received 1 10 pack! They will not reply to me

Scammers! Don’t waste your money on this website. They take your money, then don’t ship anything. Hope you guys get what is coming to you!

I have reported to scam watch and I am also talking to my bank to get my hard earned money back.

Payed for ten iget bar vapes,only recieved 6,so I left a bad review,later that afternoon I was contacted by monkey puffs by a person who tried his hardest for about 8 hours texting back and forth for me to remove my review,after those hours passed and he finally realised I wasn’t going to remove my review until I received my other vapes,he began to accuse me of trying to scam another 4 vapes,instead of just trying to recieve the o es I’d already payed for.this was 3 months ago,I haven’t heard back from them and still haven’t recieved a refund or the vapes.absolutely terrible business,you’d be a fool to buy anything off these thieves.

They are a scam they don't answer you unless you want to buy and when you buy something they will give a tracking number that says still processing to make you think something is coming but it never does.

I paid$538.96 for 3 boxes of assorted boxes of vaps 25/09/22 over 50 emails fighting them to get my money back as I never received my order and they won't send my order or refund. I have checked with Australia post I was given a fake tracking number and no delivery

I have lost money! Tried contacting them from all angles- no response, ask you to bank transfer! All seems Legit until you pay- then nothing?

BEWARE - This is a SCAM company. I've lost hundreds of dollars from them. They take your money, send you maybe one item out of your order (if anything at all) just so they can show your order is 'processed', then you will never hear from them again. Contacted them over a dozen times with no response. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. A lawsuit should be filed against them from all the victims of these scammers

Scammers. If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolute scam. I placed a bulk order, and was given a packing trace number, only to have it received as an empty bag. It was then I decided to Google and found out more about them - It was a scam and others had been scammed. I should’ve known better given it’s a bank transfer, but it seemed legit for their reasoning why, I’ve since started an investigation with scam watch and the authorities as well as with my bank and their bank. I’ve tried to contact them but no response and am getting spammed on email and text about “deals”, am now genuinely worried what they will do with my personal information. I didn’t lose as much as others, but I did lose $475. I don’t fancy my chances getting it back. lessons learnt. Be warned

Definitely made my day! Ordered gifts for friends and family had some issues online when selecting flavours for the bundle packs but the team were so friendly. My new vape haven. Thanks again MonkeyPuffs!

100% SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! 100% Don't let them fool you with there discounted bulk buy deals or any deal for that matter, they take your money only via bank transfer so paypal or zip pay wont refund you then don't ship you jack shiiit. Emailed asking for tracking number and they dont reply, keep pestering them and they send u a fake one saying its waiting to be picked up by courier but nothing ever gets shipped and you never get what you paid for. Have reported them to Scamwatch, ACCC, and now trust pilot. Dont waste your hard earned dollars on these fkrs.
