Your clothes look lovely. I'm looking forward to them arriving..however. you said purchases over £50 got free shipping. I spent that and you still charged me £7 shipping. I'm not impressed.

Most distrustfull company i ever ordered from. Showed beautiful picture of a long dress with cats on it and received a thin fabric with printed cats in it and no fabric description or washing instructions. Never again!

I really appreciate the products on your site - they seem genuinely spectacular. I only hope that the product itself (when I receive it) will prove to be as beautiful as prsented on the site.

Hello I ordered Beautiful tops and when I received my parcel the tops received were hideous badly stitched.
I tried returning the items and have contacted Lumenyse and have not received a reply with a return address this is going on for two months.

SCAM ALERT! Worst excuse of a knock-off I have ever seen! I ordered a beautiful embroidered linen/cotton dress and blouse. Received something hideous that looks like thin tablecloth material that has been put through a low resolution printer. The return policy on their website is a wild goose chase leading nowhere.

I love the variety to choose from & the process was good. However, there was one issue. I ordered one of the beaded bracelet sets (mixed) but it wouldn’t let me order more. I sent a text asking if the mixed shown was all that was available or if it was possible to get the others. I received a response asking me for the web address. I advised that I had a big order that I was holding in my cart which is on your website so I didn’t understand why it couldn’t be accessed. I wanted to add some more bracelet sets to avoid additional shipping charges in a separate order. In the end, I didn’t want to take a chance on losing any of the items in my cart so I placed my order today. If there is a possibility of buying more bracelet sets, I would be interested in the blue set plus a couple others. Please advise. I would appreciate it.

I had ordered 2 tops..both M...
1 top was correct although still a " large" medium, but the other was huge!!!
Probably a size 24...EXXXL!!!!

I found it easy to order & am glad you have alternatives for payment.. I luv using Zip or Afterpay as an alternative to visa if I need it.. Than you.. Yes I find your products very nice & feminine.. I will be ordering more once I’ve received my first order.. Once again thank you .. Helen 🙂

I love alot of the styles on the Lumenyse website. They look beautiful and the styles are so unusual. I love all the florals and the vintage looks too! The only thing I would say is that when you are searching for say, Dresses, that you still get alot of other things, not just dresses. It would be great that when you search for particular items, that's all that shows. It would be much easier to find things. But besides that, I love it!!

Images show a sheer lacey beautiful top but what we got was a horrible low resolution print on some awful shiny fabric.
Wife is gutted.
We should have checked here first.

UPDATE:- Bravo Paypal! - gave them all the details and got instant refund without having to send it back. They must have had tons of chargebacks

Awaiting to receive my order, I would like to congratulate you with the unique and feminine collection.
The size chart for the blouses however was not very clear to me, but I am hoping to have chosen the right size.

I ordered two blouses from Lumenyse.com based on the images and descriptions shown on their website. What I received looked nothing like what was advertised.

The items were clearly cheap imitations with different materials, poor quality, and none of the detailed embroidery shown in the photos.

This is not a case of sizing or personal preference. The items were materially different from what was sold.

I contacted customer service and provided photo evidence. Instead of resolving the issue, they told me I would have to return the items to China at my own expense or accept a partial discount coupon. That is not a reasonable solution when the products are misrepresented.

After pushing further, I only received delayed responses and no meaningful resolution.

Buyers should beware.

The product was not as advertised. The shirts had a printed design and it was out of focus. Forget it if you want to return, couldnt get to the return section on their website (probably hidden on purpose) to get the return started. They told me that I had to pay the shipping to China along with a restocking fee. This company is a total rip off.

I bought a pink dress, a pink top, rose earrings and pink bracelets. The way that the clothes are represented in the advertised pictures shows that the flowers are like 3D. The flowers are represented as to look like they are raised NOT FLAT. The material was to be cotton and some linen. It is actually in reality 100,% polyester.

The bracelets and the earrings looked vintage in the pictures on the site.

When I received the bracelets and earrings. I was very angry because they looked like pieces that could have been bought at the dollar store.

The dress and top look like pillow cases sewn together. The flowers are flat. In the advertisement the top and dress look styled in reality the top and dress have absolutely NO SHAPE. This company promotes as Lumenyse AND Boho. They make themselves to look as if they are aq Canadian company. However, the return address is:

I emailed the company to tell them that I won't be taken advantage of and I want a full refund. They emailed me back to say that I had to send the clothes and jewellery back to them in the ORIGINAL packaging . As well, I was responsible to pay to have the package sent back to them. That is when I discovered the address. What COUNTRY is this place? And how can I trust that once I pay to have the package sent back to them which will cost a lot of money..how do I know that they will receive it and reimburse me?

I was overcharged. The cost on the site did not equal he money that was charged to my card. I am out of pocket by $160.00.

I have already let my credit card company know what is going on. I am going to put the company names in face book, Instagram, tick toc and any other site that I can find. I am going to call the better business bureau. I want my money back. And I will fight for it

Do not buy here. They scam people on purpose. Listings do not correspond to the product, not even worth for 5€. Also the material is all plastic.

Horrible experience and a shame.

This company mis represents products advertised. Products received- every time were of poor quality. Dresses and blouse are represented by flowing cotton like fabrics with sewn on flowers with a nearly 3-D effect. They send cheap poly blend and blouses with printed (poorly) flowers- they present as ugly house gowns.

I received a polyester printed something that can hardly be defined as wearable. Tracking of the package started in China.

23.4.2026 I have an update after a few weeks. Lumenyse exchanged several emails with me, I sent them foto of the blouse they sent me and they assured me in response about full refund. After waiting for the money for another week - but no refund happened, I asked my bank for help and I've got money back after intervention of my own bank. End of story, lesson learned.

SCAM! BE AWARE.

This site is a scam. You purchase beautiful boho vintage clothing, linen/cotton blend and you receive cheap polyester crap that is nothing at all as advertised. I have contacted my bank fraud department as I got no help or reply from dodgy site. I have taken a snapshot of my order and taken photos of the cheap polyester crap I received and sent it to my bank so hopefully I can get my money back. Beware don't go near this site.

The item I ordered was shippwd to the wrong address. USPS verified rhat the incorrect shipping address was put on the package. I verified that the address was correct on my order. I have written to the company 3 times now asking for a replacement or a refund. Crickets. No reaponse at all to any of my inquiries. Do not waste your monwy shopping here.
