I truly love my Luxe Flosser.

My teeth feel incredibly clean after every use, and I’ve had my flosser for over a year now.

Recently, I had an issue with a small internal part, and Peter from Customer Service was brilliant. He responded promptly with a solution and was extremely helpful, even though my warranty period had already expired.

I originally purchased the Luxe Flosser based on independent online reviews, and I’m so glad I did. I’ve owned other water flossers in the past, but this is easily the best one I've used.

I would highly recommend this product to others.

Very poor water flosser; no obvious change with the intrnsity of the water flow and Luxe appear to be ignoring badic consumer rights with regards refunding an item which is, in my petsonal view, not fit for my purposes. Of course they cannot resell this but that does not detract from honouring basic statutory consumer rights. Customer ‘service’ seems to be AI driven and does not provide any real helo. Recomend purchasing on crefit card if you want any hope of recouping your money. Top tip based on my personal experience - avoid and ‘pik’ from one of the market alternatives.

Fast delivery, great price and a fantastic product. Life changing is an understatement.

Ordered an ipl product costing,€239.95 o 9/7/2026. Emailed company after 6 days as the tracking showed no movement on order. Got a reply the following day saying the parcel had been lost in transit, and they would send another one. One week later still waiting. I sent 2 more emails the last one requesting a refund and I have had no communication from them. Looks like I'm going to have to instruct my bank to initiate a charge back. Very unprofessional company, very little communication. Angry and disappointed.

Order this shaver for my sons 50th Birthday it was a really good price packaged well and was delivered very quickly. My son used it today for the first time and said it is fantastic best he has ever used.

Excellent Company to deal with. After spending much time searching for a head shaver as a gift for my Husband, he was delighted with this shaver from Luxcare. Light and easy to use, gives a good cut and he loves the additional attachments. Quality product.

An easy ordering process, throughout which, I was kept informed at various stages. The product (Water flosser) is sturdy & well made, compact & easy to store away or travel with, and works just as I would wish it to.

I had a minor issue with my Luxe Flosser. Luxecare response was first class, communicating with me out of hours and quickly arranging to send me a replacement product, even offering the option of a newer version FOC. Theirs is the best service I have ever received from a supplier. Their email responses were also comprehensive, polite and professional. This product is also superior to the Waterpik products I used previously.

Don’t waste your money. I bought one to replace my old flosser as the reviews all seemed to be so good, turns out it was less powerful than the one I had and did barely anything. Wrote to them to request a refund, received a syrupy ai generated screed about how great it is and they can’t believe I had a problem with it. So I told them the issue and asked for my money back. Apparently they can’t offer one as the packaging was opened. Total waste of time and money.

Get the Coslus one for a third of the price, it’s much better.

A great small company whose products and customer service is second to none . The skull shaver I bought from them does an extremely good job on both my head and face, and is far superior to much better known and much more expensive brands I have tried previously … can’t recommend them enough

The water flosser came up as highly recommended so I purchased it. It works really well. Love the soft mode for sensitive teeth. Came with multiple heads for different applications. Battery life seems really good. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Would recommend.

The head razor I purchased was excellent. Worked straight out of the box. It cut smooth and clean, very easy to use I am very impressed with the quality of the item. Only had chance to use it once as I've only had it a week but first impression is a good one. The web site is very easy to navigate and ordering was very quick with standard delivery made the overall cost very competitive. I would use this company again. Keep up the good work 👏

I had a problem with my initial purchase of the Titan head shaver.
I emailed the company and all they asked was that I send some photos. They got back to me quickly to say that the problem could not be fixed and they would send me a new replacement.
I received this about a week later and since then have been enjoying the easiness of use of the shaver and how good the shave is.
First class after sales service and can’t praise them enough. Thank you.

I bought the Titan X head shaver & a replacement blade. The product, the service i received & the saving i made on my order were 1st class. I highly recommend Luxecare UK.

The razor was ordered and it arrived in a timely manor. I have been using the head shave for three weeks and I am delighted with the closeness of the shave. I use the shaver when in the shower, great piece of kit.
