It does what it says on the tin, and is value for money in the last two years it has it has been no problem and has given me exactly what I needed and paid for . Thank you Lit keep up the good work
Excellent help and guidance from your call centre staff.
Firstly, the fact that they answered emails and phone calls very quickly is a big plus in my book.
Secondly, when they found I was not happy with the installation, they had City Fibre round within a few days ro rectify the problem.
I can only say that my experience of Lit so far is positive and willing. A first rate service.
It was a great conversation about my renewal and the fact that I had found a much better price for same speed internet with a different company, I was absolutely delighted to be given the same price as the other company and a guarantee that the price would not increase for the term of my contract of 24 months. Excellent customer service in my opinion as I was 99% ready to switch provider even though my service with Lit over the last 2 years has been second to none! It was just my renewal price that was the sticking point, but that was happily resolved within my phone call.

I have had such a bad year and thank goodness for the customer support. I’ve been with Lit for about 2 years and not once have I had a problem. The service is great .were 4 people in the house hold and never had a problem with internet. I can’t rate Lit and there customer support more highly. Thank you for the help and support today . Rachel

Previously wrote a one star review because our first installation experience was terrible .Apparently Somehow the fibre cable between the big green box and the house had been damaged .Only discovered on the day .Said they would fix that day but never did .Why cant they check that BEFORE the installation?Clearing the damage and rebooking took a month . Second attempt at installation was another circus . I watched over them like a hawk .Received a text at 8.07am saying installers were at the premises but one might not be able to see them as they might be out on the street doing tasks .I I checked ...no ! Two vans turned up at 8.43am ...asked where they had been and they said "oh,traffic was busy ,only just arrived " What ? So first text was a lie ."dont understand why that was sent " they said . Started ... later they discovered that there were eight cables from the box to an inspection hole and eight from there to eight premises but no markings as to which was which !.ok ..trial and error to find which was which .Start blowing the fibre down the ducts one by one and then generator for air blast ran out of diesel ! They had to go off in van with can to find a fuel station .Four blokes standing around waiting ! .Eventually got it sorted but 5 blokes for nearly two hours .?The actual house connection was fine but nearly two months from first order to connection .
Now i got a text saying please review ....it was from cityfibre AND litfibre joint together .If you see my other review i said they were sister companies [only because that is exactly what i was told by Litfibre customer service agent ] The response from Litfibre on this review site denies it .the text i received today exactly contradicts that .
