It's very disappointing
It's very disappointing , they do not add anything new in the legeland but they are increasing the prices . If they have something any machine they charge for this . Too expensive too dirty .

Cash grab with stupid rules. Can't go alone if under 18, pay for parents, can't bring your own food, expensive bad food they offer, neglected facilities... Do not give money to them, it's a scam!
Really bad customer service to her on the counter. July 5, 2025 in the afternoon. It will be better with a little bit smile.
One of stupid rules are made here. Children cannot go alone if they are under 18, if not they why parents has to pay 74 kr just to watch their childrens? Entry should be free if parents need to watch them. Dont earn money with making these type of stupid rules. Danish companies are good to you fool and take money from customers pocket with making stupid rules and govt are protecting them without diffentiate between right and wrong. They are getting taxes so they will not say anything wrong. Who says there is no corruption in denmark? There is legal corruption which companies and govt both are earning. I will not recomend leo legland to anyone. Never go again. This company is only focusing to earn money with stupid rules.
We will never visit this bad place again.
It's not worthy.
Very expensive and greedy business the prices get higher. The adults must pay for entrance even though they don't jumb and play.
The restrooms are dirty and not served.
With that money I paid for I can get better attractive places for kids and whole family.
1. Almost no heat in winter. Feeling very cold inside.
2. Dirty and poor maintenance…
3. Cafe is so poor quality and no food from outside is allowed.
4. 65kr for adults??
I have to give credit for the actual play-area for the kids being quite nice, clean and the kids love it. Unfortunately depending on time of day and day of the week it can be very expensive just to enter for 3 hours, but the real problems are the unfriendly staff, non existing customer service and the fact that you are NOT allowed to bring a packed lunch or even some coffee from home. Forcing you to buy their very poor quality and overpriced food and drinks once inside.
Patetisk.. for satan jeg væmmes, hvodan f… kan I sove om natten
Apparently if you are of color you are less worth of a helping hand. Never visiting again
Nice, but the prices for food are a little expensive.
Later edit:
They don't care about the costumers,i am going there every year, the carpet is dirty, the air pistols don't work,is that too much to call a technician to fix the air for the pistols?
On the toilets there is no toilet paper and no wipes and the list can go on.
Just fix the problems,please!!!
The service level is really bad. Toilets dirty and employees don’t really care about customers.
So apparently Leo's has REFUSED to pay the hour-based workers for lost time during the Corona outbreak. Resulting in hundreds of employees going into poverty this month.
Nicely done..... Hope your directing board is happy now.
Rikke the manager in Aarhus is the most rude employee I came accross in the whole of Denmark. How can you employ and give responsibility to people with no customer service sense is beyond me. You just lost a customer who has a lot of friends with young kids and will make sure they know what happened and how I was spoken too. And on top it’s super dirty inside and the toilets are filthy.
2500kr for one year card, christ on a bike that's expensive.
Long story short I am on certain medication that I need to eat around. I have to take these meds at a certain time and not eat certain food with in 1-1.5 hours of to avoid side effects and with 2 very hyper girls this zombie affect I can suffer from is both hard and dangerous. One day I was asked about the sandwich I had in my basket with the girls items. I explained and provided proof of my legally protected needs. I was told by the employee that under no circumstances would I be aloud in and would have to leave unless I handed over the food. I again showed my proof amd explained my rights and was told that it was not her problem and I would not be aloud on after I had paid. These were the rules for all and that was that. Tho I explained my needed were protected under Danish law I was basicly told again that Leo's was above that and I would not be let in. I followed this up with the manager on Facebook obyæ to receive the same and with Anders Forssten Marknadschef/CMO via email and told yet again they above the law in this matter with at no point receiving even a simple apology from anyone over this clear breaking of the law by Leo's Aalborg. It's truly sad for a place like this that parents use a lot who might have some needs to be forced to buy unhealthy processed over priced food in the fastfood part of the place after charging 150kr per child at the start.
