Unacceptable return policy
Having to arrange and pay for the return as a private customer, while also being required to ship it specifically to a business address, makes the whole process unnecessarily difficult. With PostNord, that means spending at least 280 SEK just to return the item.
On top of that, if the parcel is sent using the “wrong” method, it gets returned to the customer and the shipping cost is simply lost.
I’ve never encountered this kind of return setup with another Swedish retailer, and it’s enough to make me avoid shopping here again.

Lampornu is part of an international company and our warehouse is located in Eindhoven. This enables us to offer fast delivery to our customers throughout Europe. As regards returns, we have a Swedish returns address, but parcels sent via standard post rather than business post unfortunately risk ending up at collection points from which we are unable to collect them. To ensure that returns reach us, we therefore ask that they be sent via business post. This also prevents the parcel from being returned to the sender, which can result in additional costs and delays.
We understand that this may feel like an extra burden for our customers, and we are actively working to find more convenient solutions in the future. Your feedback is therefore very valuable to us and helps us to improve.

Unacceptable return policy
"Send it back at your own cost, pay like a private individual, and it must be a delivery to business address.", which is 280kr via postnord, at least.
"If you send it the wrong way - we would send it back and you loose these 280kr anyway".
That is the first Swedish stop that I ever see with that policy. Never again.
Lamps are fiddly, sometimes you pick the wrong type. Align yourself with market standards.

All good. Lamps came well packed direct to my door.
I'm very happy with these new LED lamp versions. Big improvement on my old ones. Delivery was smooth. I will buy from this shop again.

You provided an alternative option for a light that was discontinued which made it effortless to replace and not needing to rewire and purchase a whole new electical system is fantastic, especially because I would not know what to buy. I am very happy to highly recommend "LamporNu" after my recent 1st purchase of 6 florescent light tubes for my bathroom wall cabinet. Florescent tubes are not available for purchase in Sweden any more since the introduction of unnecessary EU regulations. The only option available to consumers are LED lights, which have a tendency to constantly flicker. This fault quickly causes irritation to the eyes and headache. By chance I decided to go online and do a search, I noticed "LamporNu" at it was seeded. And even though I have genuine concerns when buying on-line I decided to to buy a quantity. I was also concerned the glass tubes would break during transport to Sweden. Anyway, the good news is my concerns were unwarranted as the tubes were delivered safely. The parcel and the packaging was of the highest quality. Clearly marked glass and handle with care with big red stickers. So, it gives me great pleasure to highly recommend "LamporNu" for all you electric light wants and needs. 5 Stars +++++ Mark G
