Stay away from this webshop

Stay away from this webshop! Terrible customer experience! I have ordered 'festdrakt' for my 8 year old son. The vest was missing the top button, so we were not able to use it for the planned occassion. When I asked them to exchange it for a new goods, they refused and told me that they can send me 100NOK for the missing button, which they by the way never did. What should I do with 100 NOK, when the original button is missing and the festdrakt is completely unusable?? I will never use this webshop again!

LoveNorway gave me a full refund for the returned product.

I couldnt manage to get the radio or CD player to work so I didnt try to to work out how for the musical alarm clock part.Then I noticed there was a fault in the production on one corner of the player so I have sent it in return. I dont know if the situation will be I used it, before I noticed the fault.Or if it will be judged only as production fault and I might get a refund.
