Very bad experience
I ordered Canada's World Cup soccer jersey, guest version (black) on June 12, I paid using PayPal, after checking their reputation on Trustpilot. I noticed that the money actually went to Fitpal but the account name was a personal email (mathiascong2002 at gmail.com).
Anyway, despite their 4 day time to deliver statement, 7 days later (June 19) I asked for news and also asked to change the delivery address. They answer quickly to acknowledge the new address and to tell me they would deliver at the beginning of the following week.
On June 24 they sent me an email to tell me they were out of stock for the size of the black jersey and asked me if I would rather have the home jersey (red). I refused and asked for a refund, the price was 40,48 euros.
The next day (June 25) they offered me a 46 euro coupon or I would have to wait from 5 to 10 days for a refund. I refused once again and told them that you don't need 5 days to refund on PayPal.
They replied promising a refund in 5 working days.
I waited 7 working days till the 4th of July and filed a refund request to PayPal.
I got my money back 3 days later.
I noticed there were 2 other domains named "outletdel calcio.me" and "outletdel calcio.com" on Trustpilot ... maybe abandonned because of the bad reputation?

First: the two domains you mention are not us. Outlet Del Calcio operates only from our official store, and we have no connection to those other sites, so we'd advise caution with them.
On your order: our checkout runs through a third-party payment processor, which is why the transaction name may not match ours exactly. This is standard for many e-commerce setups and your payment was handled securely. The black jersey in your size sold out after your order during a period of exceptionally high World Cup 2026 demand, and we offered the alternative version and then a coupon precisely to resolve things quickly, but we fully respected your choice to take the refund.
