"Shoe is cheaply made"

Shoe is cheaply made. Step in feature does not work. My shoes were too small. Just wanted a larger size. They are giving me the runaround. Very dishonest company. Be careful with buying shoes from them. If you don’t care about losing money I guess it’s ok.

It was easy to order and your shoes are very reasonably priced. However, I realized, upon receipt that they were not good quality and when I tried them on they were ill fitting. I'd like to return for a higher quality shoe.

Orthora shoes run bigger than other brands. I have to return and pay additional shipping charge for a pair half size smaller. Also, be aware that delivery can take a long time.

Shoes are very comfortable, I have ankle problems so finding shoes that can help with the pain is hard to find. I'd definately purchase from Othora again,

The shoes are not true to size they do run small, but the customer service was amazing. They we're quick to reply and quick to help me with a replacement. Just wish they had a box toe instead of tapped. But definitely would recommend.

BEWARE

BEWARE! I ordered shoes. They didn't fit at all and were ugly. The website says 45 day money back guarantee. I was well within that time and they won't give me back my money. I could pay MORE!! and get a different pair of shoes and keep these, Or accept 50% credit to order from their store and keep these Or get a 10% refund and keep these. it's not like I can get them altered to fit!

I ordered on August 21st

I ordered on August 21st. Order 104993 I was never able to track my order due to it always just saying processing. I have heard from Customer support and they responded that it can take up to 12 days to received my order. Well it is already 14 days and still no order. I believe these shoes come from somewhere overseas (possibly China)? I am really disappointed. I ordered 2 pair with a discount and it ordered the same color for both pair, supposedly they have fixed the issue and changed the 2nd pair to the correct color but every time I check the order it shows 2 black. I am so afraid they will both be black when I receive them. Now I find out when you do receive them if they dont fit or are wrong you have to pay the shipping to send them back.

6th Request for Cancellation and FULL Refund

How dare your company claim you know nothing about my request to a cancellation and full refund, when below you will find my five (5) previous requests emailed on 09/01/26, 09/02/26, 09/03/26, 09/04/26, 09/05/26 and again today, for the 6th time 09/06/26.

You cannot respond to my emails, but the moment your company receives a scathing, negative, Grade "F" review, you seem to want to know more.

This company is nothing but a scam, and I will continue to report this company to every single venue I can find, every day, to alert the general public what a scam artist this company is and how much of a disgrace your company is to the general public, when peddling a cheap, low rated product.

Cancel the above referenced order immediately, and refund me my money immediately.

Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

Best Shoes and Customer Service

Johnny was very helpful, kind, and did everything to help me resolve an issue which I had concerning ordering the wrong size shoe. I have never dealt with such a concerned employee of any company as Johnny was. He made it a joy to deal with him. I love the shoes. They are so comfortable and stylish. Great Support

My order is late and still not delivered however the customer service i have received regarding the order status has been excellent. I believe the problem is the shipper not the merchant. The shipping these days by all shippers is poor at best. The post office is always bad and Amazon just makes excuses.

Outcome of replacement

The handling of the replacement order was excellent. I wasn’t expecting to keep the original pair, which will get passed on as a donation. Jersey, the person texting me was outstanding. I think Jersey and I are now friends 😂😂😂. I’m old school. If we had talked via telephone. This could have been taken care of with one call. But the replacement is done and I’m eagerly waiting for the new ones to arrive.
