Optimalprint accepted that it was a design fault and accepted to refund.
Very disappointing for a first trial order.

The photographs I submitted printed perfectly as photographs , the canvas printing was very course , blurry and distorted - especially the male figure on the left , even though , although I thought there was no need as the photographs were perfect , I paid extra for an HD printed canvas. I am happy to return the canvas for your investigation if you would pay for the postage. As is , I am awaiting refund , promised 3 to 7 days. Thank You

I ordered a personalized mug for a student of mine as an 18th birthday gift and it was lovely, my student loved it. The quality of the photo printed on the mug is very sharp and vivid. It was packaged neatly and arrived on time. I ordered another one for my other student. I also ordered photobooks from them in the past. I highly recommend this company.

I am really pleased with this fine art poster print. The colours are beautiful, the print quality is excellent, and it looks even better in person. The poster feels high-quality and adds a lovely touch to the room. It was also well packaged and quick . Overall, a great purchase and definitely worth the money

The product is excellent but Optimalprint continues to use Evri for delivery when they are the worst delivery agents out there. They have lost parcels for me and once again left my package on my doorstep instead of my designated safe space. I have cancelled my standing order for Optimalprint and will now seek an alternative supplier. Shame as the products are first class but the deliveries are pathetic.

Easy to use and quick delivery

My order was delivered in great time good quality love the picture and the price. This is the fourth time of using them and I will keep using them.

I ordered a large print from Optimalprint 50x70 cms when I went to collect from post office the triangular flimsy box that they are now using was squashed. The post office advised that I didn’t need to accept because the item inside would be ruined. I received my money back but I had signed up for the yearly postal service no refund on that.
I have tried again and ordered 3 more prints the 2 small items arrived safely but once again the larger poster 50x 70 cms came again in triangular box and was again badly damaged. I have used optimalprint on a few occasions when ordering a poster and the posters were delivered in a thick cylinder tube and no problems. I wanted to order another 9 large posters but unfortunately will not be using this service again due to cheap packaging. It can’t just be me who is having this problem so come on optimalprint think about customers not profit. I will be returning my damaged poster again for a refund. I would have uploaded photos but not an option !

Really good!! I wanted an itinerary but didn’t want it to be too formal and found an order or service on Optimalprint which turned out perfectly! Great selections to choose from, was quick delivery, great quality and reasonable prices too! Would use again!

I ordered two large A3 sized photos of my son’s weddings and was absolutely thrilled with the quality of the photos. I was so happy with the photos, that I immediately ordered a third print. I will be ordering a fourth shortly. They take pride of place in our lounge. The delivery was very quick and I was kept updated on the progress of my order.

My first order got lost in post, but optimal sent me a new order, no problem.

My prints didn’t turn well or clear. The imagines looked fine when uploaded and no warning that the resolution would be bad. I will say customer service was great and easy.
