I ordered wedding invites that came in…
I ordered wedding invites that came in the mail quickly, but were not what I ordered. They were rectangular with sharp edges, and I ordered rounded edges. There was also a misspelling on my invitation. I also tried to put in a ticket to receive a refund or remake of the cards and they said they refunded me but never did. I didn’t see a dime, and no one reached out to me. There was not an email or customer service representative I could speak with. Would not recommend.

Great cards, even better Customer Service.
Optimal Print have always delivered good quality cards at affordable prices. This time round, Evri left my parcel in the rain, and the cards were destroyed. Although this was not Optimal Print’s fault, they immediately replaced the cards. Great customer service!

Every time they schedule a delivery date, the day before they let you know they won't be able to make it."A few days pass, and then they deliver the package either without prior notice or with only a 2 to 3-hour warning.
