Our experience with SpainEasy was outstanding! We were a group of Americans searching for and purchasing an Albergue along the Camino. I used OleSpain for the purchase of an apartment in Valencia as a foreign buyer, and I can honestly say that buying property in Spain without a reliable agency would have been a very bad idea.

I was initially looking for an apartment in the Ayora / Mestalla area, but OleSpain pointed me towards an apartment in Ruzafa, which turned out to be a much better option. What was especially valuable is that the apartment was not listed on Idealista or Fotocasa, so without their local market access I probably would not have found it.

The process involved many practical and legal steps: reservation, negotiation, documentation, NIE, power of attorney, notary coordination, payment instructions, tax handling, and final signing. As a foreigner, it would have been extremely difficult to manage all of this alone.

OleSpain guided me through the whole process and helped coordinate everything until the purchase was completed. The transaction had some administrative challenges, but they stayed involved, found solutions, and made sure the purchase went through successfully.

I especially appreciated their support with the notary process, NIE-related matters, payment coordination, and communication with the different parties involved.
