I ordered and received a scam hair straightener comb
I ordered and received a hair straightener comb (order #OFF4121) on Aug. 18 and tried several times to get the promised results they advertise but couldn't.
After charging it, I set it for the highest setting and it still didn't straighten my hair at all. I use a regular flat iron with great results so my hair is not the problem. The product does not perform well at all.
I sent an email on Aug. 19 saying I would like to return the item per their 90 day money back guarantee and did not receive a response. Over the next few days I sent a second and third email again requesting a refund and received this response:

Thanks for your email. We are sincerely sorry that our product does not meet your expectations.
We are still working on providing good quality products with cheap price, your feedback is useful to us. As a compensation, we can offer you a 20% refund. Please advise if you agree with this approach. Thanks.
I want the full refund per the 90 day money-back guarantee advertising on my receipt.
There is no other way to contact them other than the email. There is no phone number listed on their site and no address or country listed for contacting them. A scam business IMO.
