Ordered s few pieces from this company. They were, at first ok. On a whim I ordered the initial in sterling. Gave them one more chance. Also on sale. This piece arrived tarnished, like so many other reviewers say. The chain was half silver and half brass colored. It was like dime store jewelry. The plate with initial was so tiny ( smaller than a small baby fingernail) I could hardly see the S. I immediately sent pictures to customer service. Reply requested pictures and explanation. First: how can a chain be sent to a customer ( 65$) noticeably tarnished.
Second: Arrived on a padded holder but no box?
Totally miss represented. They offered me a replacement ( heck no) or store credit ( no!). Then explained their silver is only plated. So tarnish is expected. Oh really???? Doesn't say that on the website????? This store was good but if you look at reviews it's gone downhill. After 5 or more correspondence they finally agreed to refund me. Ok. They say nowhere they only offer credit at store. In fact they didn't even care to get it back. Probably not worth shipping. Never again will I order from this company. Trash jewelry. Absolutely garbage.

VERY DISAPPOINTED
I ordered a necklace on a whim, paid extra for fast delivery and then immediately realized that it would arrive while I was on vacation.
I emailed the company minutes later to ask them to cancel my order, as per the instructions on their website. They clearly stated that you can cancel your order within two hours of submitting it.
They responded to me the following day, saying that it was too late to cancel it, even though I reached out to them within the two hour window.
To add insult to injury, as soon as I put in my order, they sent me an email offering 20% off a purchase and then another email offering $50 off a purchase.
Then I received my necklace and I have no choice but to keep it because they don't offer refunds. I'm really disappointed by it. It is shiny and cheap looking, looks like something I could've bought at H&M for $15
This has been an incredibly disappointing experience and needless to say I will never order anything from this company ever again.
I'm puzzled by the positive reviews but all I can tell you is I'm a real person and a really disappointed one.

I recently ordered the Zoe Initial Necklace from Oak & Luna. Once it got here, I could tell the quality and craftsmanship were worth the wait. But if I’m being honest I did issue an exchange for my item. This is because once I saw it, I realized I didn’t like my choice in the amount of letters or the order I chose for my necklace. I felt it didn’t look right, so I decided I wanted to add an extra letter. Thankfully Oak & Luna has a seamless process when it comes to their returns and exchanges. I was able to receive store credit so that I could turn around and reorder my necklace the way I wanted with no hassle. It took about 2 weeks to get here. Overall I had a great experience with Oak & Luna and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful custom pieces that are personal and unique!

Excellent customer service! I accidentally ordered twice due to a computer issue. I reached out immediately to ask for one of the orders to be canceled. They honored my request and sent me a full refund. I received the package earlier than expected. I think my daughter is gonna love her necklace.
