Product is awesome. It is so good for human structure and for oral health (and your face looks great). Be very careful how you use it because if your range of motion is too big you could rip it apart very soon like i did. Company is great because they have sent me replacement and gave me advice how to use it properly.

Ordered the product. Charged my card. Item never came. When I reached out, even after sending the credit card statement where it clearly shows the charge relating to their company, said they could not find my order. Their resolutions was for me to cancel the charge with the card provider (AMEX). Fortunately, my card provider is good about these things, but cannot help but think this was fraud in some way.

I received the beginner set for a bday gift in Oct 2025, I used these item everyday, to the point of them both cracking! I have seen good results and I love the products. After the second one cracked today, I reached out to Jawzrsize. I was told that I was outside of the 60 day warranty, but this American Company did right by me and offered a replacement piece anyway! Great company, great customer service. Lynn was top notch, and while my order was completely replaced, they could have just turned me away, they chose to help me and send me a replacement. I will continue to order from Jawzrsize and recommend them to all of my co-workers, buddies, gym partners, and really anyone else who will listen. Thank you again.

Made a order I never received it or it was probably stolen, and when I reached out for help they gave me a replacement, great customer service.

I've used this product for9 months now and I've seen damn good results! Absolutely improved jaw line. Today I actually bit through the 40lb one. I messaged customer service and although I am past the 60 day guarantee they did a one time replacement for me! I was afraid they would tell me to kick rocks but there were no questions asked. Just sent a pic of the damaged one and they are sending out a new one! That's great service right there!

I purchased the jawzrsize product about two moths ago and the rubber broke. I contacted customer service, Lynn helped me out and explained to me how not to chew through the rubber. She was very helpful and helped get a replacement. I really like the jawzrsize, I saw a difference in my face structure so I’m looking forward to start using it again.
