I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with Fridays. After signing up, they raised the price on me without delivering what was promised.
To make matters worse, absolutely no services have been rendered, yet they outright refused to issue a refund. Their customer service is horrible, unhelpful, and completely indifferent to resolving issues.
This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Save yourself the stress and money. Stay far away.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Fridays. I was charged recurring subscription fees, but no products were shipped unless I contacted customer service and specifically requested them. A subscription shouldn't require customers to remind the company to send what they've already paid for.
Being billed without automatically receiving the product is frustrating and unacceptable. I hope the company improves its subscription process so other customers don't have the same experience. I cannot recommend this company at all and will not use them again.

Well, the drug works fine, the access to providers to discuss treatment or get any guidance is impossible. Changes are made without approvals from me and I do not like it. I will not be continuing with this service.
I signed up with Fridays approximately three months ago and sincerely regret my decision. If I could go back, I would never have committed to the annual plan.
The company advertises a customer-friendly experience and promotes the idea that you can cancel at any time. However, when I attempted to address concerns about my account, the information I received did not align with what I believed was represented during the enrollment process. That experience left me feeling misled and frustrated.
My biggest issue has been the complete lack of customer support.
For more than three weeks, I have been trying to speak with someone who can resolve my issue. During that time, I have called multiple times each week and have repeatedly been told that my case was being escalated and that someone would be contacting me.
Despite these assurances, I have received no meaningful follow-up, no resolution, and no direct communication from anyone empowered to solve the problem.
As a customer who paid for an entire year upfront, I find this completely unacceptable.
In addition, I am not receiving the product and service experience that I expected when I enrolled. Rather than receiving answers or assistance, I have spent weeks chasing updates with no progress.
At this point, it feels like Fridays acts primarily as a middleman between customers and pharmacies while providing little support when issues arise. Whether that perception is accurate or not, it reflects the experience I have had as a paying customer.
What has been most disappointing is the lack of accountability. Once my payment was collected, the level of service fell far short of the promises made during the sales process.
I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to do their research before committing to a long-term contract or paying in advance. There are many alternatives available, and based on my experience, I wish I had chosen one of them.
Pros
Enrollment process was simple.
Cons
Extremely poor customer service.
Weeks without meaningful follow-up or resolution.
Repeated promises that were not fulfilled.
Difficult to reach someone who can actually help.
Concerns regarding transparency and customer expectations.
Poor value for customers paying in advance.

I spent over $1,000 on tirzepatide through Fridays over the course of many months, starting at the lowest dose and eventually reaching 11 mg. Unfortunately, I never lost any weight despite following the program.
What disappointed me most was the lack of medical oversight. Each time it was time for a refill, I completed the required questionnaire with my weight, any side effects, and updates, but my prescription was simply renewed and shipped. I never had a meaningful follow-up appointment with a provider to discuss why the medication wasn’t working or whether my treatment plan should be adjusted.
After taking a short break because I had leftover medication, I requested my next refill. Even though I had previously been on 11 mg, Fridays automatically reduced me back to 8 mg and shipped it without discussing it with me first. When I requested to speak with a provider, I was told this was simply company policy if you’ve been off the medication for a couple of weeks.
I understand that clinics need safety policies, but after months of no results, I expected individualized medical care instead of automatic refills and policy-based decisions. I feel like my lack of progress was never properly addressed, and I left the program feeling frustrated after spending a significant amount of money with no benefit. I would definitely not recommend based on the lack of care I received and results I had.
I love that it is affordable and easy to get prescribed. The support through Fridays is very helpful, someone is always ready to help. What I’m not really liking is that they start you off at the lowest dose which is 0.2mg and can only increase your dose by 0.2mg meaning, it is taking me a while to see results. It’s affordable however, in the long run, if I stay with Fridays I will pay more over time to see results. And that’s making me question whether I want to stay with Friday’s or not.

I had a great first two months with them but getting my month three medicine has been a disaster!!! They said it's professed on their end and a ticket is open and has been escalated several times. I called the pharmacy and they said they had nothing for me there this month. It's been 12 days and now I don't have it for my shot day tomorrow. I've been calling and emailing them and keep getting told it's being looked into. I'm so disappointed and want my money back!

Do not used them!! I signed up for their GPL1 service In May. My first prescription was sent on 5/7/26. A refill was sent out early on 5/30/26. I have been waiting for a refill to be approved for several weeks. I have been given various excused from customer service over the phone. Their excuses make no sense. Their email responses are canned and do not address the issue, Today, I had a phone or video doctor visit scheduled. The link they sent did not work and when I called customer service, they said the appointment had been canceled! I don't think they have doctors or access to medication. All I get are excuses but of course they are charging me!

Customer service is a joke. I’ve waited for a callback for 5 weeks and called multiple times weekly to be told to be patient, someone will be calling me back. I paid for a full year in advance and am not getting the correct product/amount. I have been told an “elevated ticket” was put in 3 times only to have those tickets closed with no callback/email/contact at all. I wish I could go back in time and join a company that supports customers in the way that is promised on their site. Do not trust this company!
The "program price" is 395.00 in addition to the medication. Total rip off with horrible customer service. Don't sign up!

It did take a month before I really felt the benits of having more energy and strength. The strengh part really surprised me AFTER my work out. Usually I was exhausted after, but this last tiime I felt great! I could have done more. Today we'll see if it's the same results. My physician friend's concern is that my body is not making NAD and will depend on this outside source to continue performing at this level. Valid, yet I just wanted to see and feel if it was possible to have these results...and the answer is yes. D3@5000IU is the proper dose for your body to make it's own NAD which I also increased to that dose. All I know is I have more strength for sure and am not so lethargic. I requre less shear discipline which I do have, but was getting weary!! I needed some help!!
The overview before placing an order is confusing theres no additional confirmation before payment is processed. When i hit pay it did not bring me to a summary to allow me to view what i was purchasing. It simply just took the payment. I was still reviewing my options. Subsequently when i called to inform the agent i was still reviewing my options, she let me know i could not receive a refund. For that reason i will not continue my subscription. Or order from Fridays again.

Hello, everyone I paid for a 6 months subscription, to Fridays. I am supposed to receive a vial every four weeks after the fourth injection. You throw the vial away right now as of today, I have no medicine left and I have three weeks left of my subscription. And they will not refill it unless I pay for another six months.

Over 3 months later. I still haven't received the 13-week supply that I paid for. I canceled my subscription, so I didn't get billed again without even getting the first thing I paid for. They never refunded me.
Now their customer support is saying that I cannot access company resources/products until I restart my subscription. So they want me to pay them AGAIN for a second-round subscription, in order to hopefully receive my FIRST order that they have not delivered. I ordered on April 6, 2026, and it is currently July 15, 2026. Their customer support team, full of foreigners, is constantly lying to you and telling you anything you need to hear to get you off the phone or out of the chat.
I could not warn against this company enough. They are unprofessional, violated HIPAA by sending me ANOTHER CLIENT'S MEDICAL DOCUMENTS instead of sending me my requisition form. Everything dealing with them has been a headache. STAY AWAY FROM FRIDAY'S; THEY ARE A JOKE. Overpriced, underdelivered. You can get cheaper products without the overwhelming headache from somewhere else.

The "fine print" on the subscription is deceiving. I have taken the product and am happy with it, but when I went to cancel apparently "missed my window" by 72 hours so am being charged $1650 for a medication that I am not going to be ordering or using. Somehow my refilling my prescription each month is not the same as confirming my ongoing subscription. So now I will take it up with my credit card company. Disappointing!!

The consistency of medication prescribing is awful. Im on day 10 of outreach to support to fix one issue and still no reply or resolve. Not happy with this at all.

Because when you order in bulk and decide you don’t want to pay for another 3 month or 6 month subscription they will not give you your remaining refills

Overall, my experience with Fridays has been positive. The app is easy to navigate and operate. The provider that I have spoken to is very kind and truly enjoyed having a conversation with her.

I never met with a provider before my prescription and dosing were sent. When the medication arrived, I discovered the prescribed microdose was approximately half of what I had previously been taking through another provider. None of this was clearly explained before I was charged or before the medication was shipped.
When I contacted customer service, they refused to address my concerns and simply told me to schedule an appointment with a provider. During that appointment, the provider acknowledged that I should have been informed of the dosing and cost differences beforehand. They also explained that the company had recently removed its previously required consultation before prescribing, an appointment that would have explained the dosing and allowed me to make an informed decision about whether to enroll in the program.
Had I been given that information upfront, I would not have chosen to proceed. Instead, I was charged and sent medication without understanding that the prescribed dose was significantly lower than my previous regimen, making the cost substantially higher on a per-dose basis.
My experience has left me feeling misled. In my opinion, the enrollment process lacks transparency, and the company’s response to my concerns demonstrated little interest in resolving the issue or ensuring that I had made an informed decision before paying for the program.
