While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. Slow refund process
I wanted to try jobstep and agreed to a 3 month subscription but the product did not meet my expectations. I requested a refund and I'm still waiting. The one star is only for the slow customer service.

Jobstep made a good CV but i used it…
Jobstep made a good CV but i used it and i paid a subscription last month. Now, i cannot enter on my dashboard to remove the automatic subscription. Now the website remains in the second step to write a letter and nothing all. I don’t know how i’ll make to resolve before next month payment and to request a refund of this month.
