Really positive experience - great service, good price
I had a really positive experience with Ignite Relocations coordinating moving of furniture etc from the UK to Australia. Emma was incredibly proactive and helpful - I really valued her friendly approach on the phone and experience. It was reassuring knowing everything was on track while preparing the move, and then with constant check-ins over email while items were being shipped and final delivery was being organised. I found ignite via a quote comparison tool and they were competitively priced, and I'd strongly recommend them for a high standard of service and reasonable cost.

This was my second time using Ignite…
This was my second time using Ignite Relocations and once again, first class service from beginning to end. My move involved shipping from Qatar to England. Unfortunately, the war in the Gulf region started days after my items were collected, so they ended up being stuck for a few months, whilst alternative routes were organised. The commuication from the Ignite Relocation office was excellent, and we patiently waited for updates. Eventually, my shipment was on its way and has now arrived safely back in England. This moving company has a friendly, dedicated team who really do their best to make shipping as smooth as possible. I highly recommend Ignite Relocations and I would't hesitate to use them again.

I would rate these guys 4.5 stars. Very good to deal with. Emma was looking after our whole journey and did a great job with keeping in touch. The packing side of things was exceptional, I mean nothing broken, and we used these guys to ship all of our stuff to Dubai (from UK) and back again (because of the war). I would highly recommend Ignite and use them again without hestitation.

Ignite Relocations quoted us on our relocation back to South Africa
Ignite Relocations quoted us on our move from England back to South Africa. I found Dominic extremely knowledgeable on local South African taxes and duties. He highlighted a potential significant additional cost to us that we needed to consider at the time. He was also one of the few suppliers to regularly follow-up on the quotation. Given this experience I would recommend them for an international removal.

We have just had our items collected
We have just had our items collected. From start of enquiry until picking up of our items we’ve had excellent communication. Dominic in particular has been extremely efficient and professional, responding quickly to any queries. The pick up crew were very pleasant and speedy in safely moving our items. We greatly appreciated the flexibility of the service when we ended up needing a last minute change to pick up.
