Do not book anything through this company. Total scam. They take your deposit then when you try to collect car, they try to charge you more so you refuse and then they won’t refund you.

When booked said in terminal but means guys in terminal to pick you up (which he wasn't ) and take you to a remote location. Had a few credit cards none worked so said need to take out extra insurance at a cost of 140 euros. Said but my cards don't work and by a miracle suddenly works.Since heard later and looked at other reviews this is normal procedure for these scammed.i have received a refund from my credit card company.
Company canceled booking. I canceled other fairly good booking based on iGetonboard contract. The iGetonboard caused me a loss of money. Refund isn't enough since I canceled booking for another car based on iGetonboard agreement.
iGetonboard breached the contract. As much as I can see, they haven't checked availability of the car. One mustn't make contracts, make promises and then to cause financial damage to the contracting partner/customer. Therefore, this dodgy company owes me €120 in order to book the alternative.
We shall see if they will pay additional €120 to my account. They make false promises. Avoid,avoid,avoid dealing with them!

This company is a joke. I booked a car and they cancelled it on me despite me having paid a small reservation fee. My flight was delayed, and I had ZERO way to contact them while stuck in another country with almost no internet. They didn’t offer a single alternative or solution. To make things worse, it was 4 a.m.—they could have easily let me take the car, as there’s almost no chance anyone else would have needed it at that hour. Completely irresponsible and frustrating. Avoid at all costs.

I had a terrible experience with iGetonboard.com. My booking was confirmed, deposit taken, and I even received a voucher for the car rental. However, when I arrived at the airport, the nightmare began.
The office location provided was inaccurate, and after finally finding it, the office was closed.
When I contacted the number provided on the booking, they had no record whatsoever of my details or reservation. My request was declined on the spot.
iGetonboard never informed me of this issue beforehand – I only discovered it upon arrival, leaving me stranded without a vehicle.
This forced me to book an expensive taxi to my hotel and arrange another vehicle at the last minute, costing me a fortune.
When I raised the issue with the company, they showed absolutely no accountability. Instead, they dismissed it as a “miscommunication” and washed their hands of any responsibility.
I would strongly advise avoiding this company – they are unreliable, unprofessional, and offer zero support when things go wrong.

I booked a car through iGetonboard, completed the payment, and received confirmation. But later, they changed the rental price without my approval and sent me a new voucher with a higher rate. This was done after payment, which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
I contacted support and was told the price changed due to the rental company. That’s not my responsibility — I booked based on the price shown and confirmed. It’s frustrating and has seriously damaged my trust in this platform.
If you’re looking for a reliable booking service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Booked a car through iGetOnBoard with Green Motion at Tallinn Airport (Booking 70891572). Our flight was delayed by just over an hour, and when we arrived, Green Motion had cancelled the booking. No car was provided, and they told us we’d need to pay extra to book again, so we went with another company.
Despite the fact that no service was provided and Green Motion didn’t charge anything, iGetOnBoard refused to refund us. I’ve contacted them multiple times, and after initially replying to say they wouldn’t refund, they’ve now just ignored me completely.
Avoid this company! They take your money, provide nothing, and hide behind policy even when the situation is clearly out of your control.
Very bad experience. I will never book a car through this third party company because all they care about is only your money and once you pay they never provide service in case you need it. The rental company didn't give me the car I paid for and when I contacted igetonboard they said it's not their problem and they were very rude and didn't return back my money
The final payment in the website was 327 € and when I received the mail it was 387€. I feel mislead and the company does not nswer my mails.
I found another offer cheaper in the web and they cancel my firt booking the same day I communicate to them
