Le produit que vous avez acheté est l'adaptateur. Sur la photo du fabricant, il est également présenté avec un porte-bouteille, mais le porte-bouteille n'est pas fourni avec l'adaptateur...

The bike delivered was not the one proposed on the picture , missing equipements compared to picture
Not guide to mount the bike, therefore damaged mounting and i had to go to a repair shop to get it fixed
When contacted the site refused to recognize the failure.

Hello,
The photos are those published by Specialized as the manufacturer. We do not use different photos.
The components of the bike are clearly indicated in the product data sheet.
Just click on the product tab or enter the reference of the bicycle in our or Specialized's search engine and it will appear. It is very simple.
Regarding the assembly, you can also request a PDF of the assembly instructions for your bike before you start the assembly process if you do not know how to assemble it yourself.
Obviously we can't cover the cost of damage caused by you not asking first or waiting for a specialist to fit your bike.
You have taken your frustration out on us, we hope you will come to your senses and reconsider your opinion.

On pourrait regretter que la notice de montage ne propose qu'une langue, meme si ca reste simple à monter.
